I got a bagel with cream cheese, it came absolutely charred black. Service is unfriendly and interior is filthy. I would avoid this location.

I have to wonder what goes through the staffs head when they see the bagel is burnt and yet they still serve it. I’m not one to complain and if it was a one time thing I wouldn’t have said anything. But as paying costumers I find this to be completely unacceptable and I notice I’m not the only one to have left a similar review.

Summer Set

The staff at the counter is rude. They are rude on a continuous basis. I have been coming to this location for 17 years, and the past few years have been atrocious. They laugh at you, they mock you, they walk away from you. Also they're supposed to be open to 10 p.m. serving food and at 9:40 they will tell you that it's shut down. But they're degrading, arrogant attitudes our beyond just a mere review. They also ensure not to wear their name tags so that way you can't complain about them. Take a look for yourself... Over half the staff is not wearing them even though it's protocol to do so. Sneaky and rude. And the managers don't enforce anything.

I didn't want to have to post this, but, this is the 5th time in a 2 month period. This location is pretty good during the day, but the over night shift needs A LOT of work. I start work at 5am. When I have to grab coffee for the bosses, I wake up at 4:10, place a mobile order, so it's ready for me to grab as soon as I get there for 4:30 to pick it up and head in to work. The last 2 months, I'll make my mobile order at 4:10, and be down there to pick it up at 4:30...wait for 10 minutes just to be served as I am on foot and don't drive, just to find out my order hasn't even been made, and then taking 5 to 7 minutes to literally make 2 large double double coffees. Which has led to me having Ubers drop my call because of waiting, and when my girlfriend drives me in has caused me to be late for work. Today was no exception. It's the last time I am going to come to this location regardless. There is no reason That when I place a mobile order at 4:10am that it shield not be ready for me to pick up when I arrive between 4:25 and 4:30. Let alone take me 10 to 15 minutes to even get served. This location used to be so great and convenient, and now I just can't justify spending my money here anymore.

There is one worker (idk her name, just know she is always wearing a mask, never has a name tag on) who has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. She rolls her eyes, slams orders down, never greets you, and always looks and sounds absolutely miserable. Hands down, one of the rudest food workers I’ve ever unfortunately had the chance of meeting. Every other staff at this location is awesome tho. Except that one lady. She is NOT nice.

Too many items being introduced from other companies that make just getting a hot coffee a long lined headache. Being inside a Circle K store that charges 6.50 for a bag of Dorito"s. Simplicity is gone!
