I have visited this Tim Hortons many times while stopping in for coffee and snacks during visits with my parents, and today felt like the right day to leave a review. The consistency here stands out. The staff are friendly, the orders are correct, and the service has been steady every time I’ve been there. I did notice some older one star reviews from a few months back. Those may have been off days, or perhaps the team has learned from that feedback and improved. Whatever the reason, the service I experience now is very good.
I also want to point out something simple but important. Some Tim Hortons locations no longer fill the cups properly, and customers notice. This location does it right. My drinks are filled the way they should be, and it reflects pride in their work and respect for the customer. With rising prices, the drinks should not be filled quarter down. 😉
Tim Hortons has been around for decades upon decades, and it is refreshing to see a store that still values customer service and consistency. Keep up the good work 😎
