I just want to give a big thank you to Mel at Tim Hortons for going above and beyond. Not only did she remember my special request without me even having to repeat it, but she also warmly greeted the regular customers behind me and knew their orders by heart. It’s such a small gesture, but it made me feel truly seen and valued. People like Mel are the reason I keep coming back—her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care make a world of difference.

I use the drive up window alot and id like to start by saying Shannon and Kate need a big shout out these ladies are always so cheerful and they always make you feel welcome with early morning laughs and jokes...very fast at getting your orders out and they are never wrong. The Other staff members do a good job aswell and need recognition but these 2 ladies stand out the most for me. Food is always hot and tasty. Specialty drinks are always perfect other tims seem to never get it right. This is my number 1 drive thru. Keep up the great work everyone.

terrible terrible terrible customer service skills from the manager down to the employee. this is the second time ive complained to “guest care” about this location and NOTHING has been done!! this store has very rude, nasty, argumentative, degrading, embarassing attitudes and behaviour from some employees, IF YOU CANT GET ALONG WITH CUSTOMERS THEN FIND ANOTHER JOB. SIMPLE.
Best tim in downtown, always serve perfect order. There is one guy his name is Param, he always remember my order and great with smile
