Everyone is so attentive, and I usually ask politely for my hot drink to be filled to the top, and they always deliver even when busy. This is personally my favorite location in hamilton

The intercom is horrible there. And the thick accents of workers are so hard to understand

Put back the drive thru garbage bin people been throwing the garbage on the floor!! Why would you remove is the new employees too lazy to go and change the garbage bags so they just decided to remove it
When i asked the employees why they removed they said there is another in the front but i have to get out if my car to throw the garbage the whole point of drive thru is so u don’t get out of your car
Worst tim Hortons staff, they give negative vibes almost like grumpy when we order, not even unfriendly but rude, and also the beverages, I ordered ice coffee more than half was only cubes or ice, hot chocolate is not as sweet, I've had beverages other places but this one has the lowest quality

Most unprofessional staff. They are busy with their own stuff.
This happens more often. Messing up with the order is their regular job.
They all look very tired, feels like we are bothering them by ordering stuff.

I went through the drive-through and wanted to use a promo that they had online and then use my points for a free coffee when I pulled up to the drive-through The woman was just staring at me as I held a gift card in my hand that I wanted to use and she just stared at me didn’t say hello how are you? She didn’t give me a total or nothing and then all of a sudden says to me and such a rude tone What are you doing? I said I’m waiting for you to tell me how much I owe you or to say hello.!! You have to tell me you have a gc I said you didn’t say a word to me. I thought you were talking to someone in the drive-through so I gave her my card and she made my order a combo which I didn’t wanna do so I ended up not being able to use my promo and paying out of my pocket, as I’m waiting for my food, she says something to her coworker beside her in a different language! And I said do I still owe you anything because she just stood there and stared at me. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons for mediocre coffee and absolutely no communication. I’ll be choosing McDonald’s next time!

I suggest the public avoid this location as several times my order has been messed up . I ordered an oat milk latte charge for it and give regular milk then I ordered spinach egg white bites and they gave bacon for both orders ! Perhaps the owner of this Tim Hortons should invest in training his or her employees to understand English ! I’ve been so annoyed about the number of times I have to return because of the wrong order given !
