I live near by and have been going to this Tim's for 20 years a few times a day. Can't get over how dirty and run down this Tim's has gotten at no fault of the emplyees, you can't clean broken and worn out.This store is definitly past it's prime. The staff is always friendly and welcoming but Lyle and the people at the front counter during the day always seems to put in the extra effort to welcome us even when very busy.

I am writing to file an urgent and serious complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Tim Hortons location.
Last night, at approximately 10–11 PM, I visited your drive-thru and ordered a French Vanilla. The employee working at that time, named Aman, handed me the beverage. However, when I drink it, the French Vanilla had a strange and unusual smell and taste, which forced me to throw it away.
This is not the first time this has happened. This is the third incident, and it appears that something unusual has been mixed into my drink on multiple occasions.
I frequently drink French Vanilla and I am very familiar with its taste.
On three separate occasions, the French Vanilla served by this employee tasted different and suspicious.
If anything had happened to me as a result of consuming the drink, Tim Hortons would have been responsible.
I have made repeated complaints to both the supervisor and the senior manager, but no action has been taken.
Last night, I did not have the bill as proof. Otherwise, I would have taken this matter to court.
This morning, I again ordered French Vanilla to confirm the taste, and the drink tasted normal and genuine, which further proves that last night’s drink had something wrong with it.
This situation is extremely concerning, and I request an immediate investigation into the actions of the employee named Aman. It is unacceptable and unsafe for a customer to receive a beverage that may have been tampered with.
I expect a prompt response and strict action to ensure such incidents do not occur again.

During my visit on 30th November 2025at approximately 1pm at the 1341 upper James , the store manager behaved in a rude, dismissive, and discriminatory manner toward me. Her tone and behavior made me feel disrespected and targeted. At one point, she told me, “I am not a machine,” in a hostile and inappropriate way while providing poor customer service.
This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated as a customer. I strongly believe this behavior was racially motivated and completely unprofessional, especially coming from a manager who is supposed to uphold company values.
I am requesting that this incident be properly investigated and that appropriate action be taken. No customer should ever be treated this way.
I look forward to hearing back regarding the steps that will be taken. I Oder my coffee on mobile app because I can pick and go 10 min before to tim.

Absolute worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive-thru for nearly 15 minutes for a mobile order. They said they had no espresso, but when I asked for a refund, the manager told me to pull into a parking spot and said they would bring the espresso out… okay.
On top of that, they didn’t have any of the other items I ordered. At first, they refused to give me a refund and told me to contact support online, even though online support says you need to get a refund at the store location.
I wasted about 20 minutes and left with nothing. Avoid this location.
