Well I paid then the drive thru girl gave me a bag and it ripped between her and me and fell on ground. She thought I would pick it up and carry on. I'm not eating something that came off the ground. Then she blamed me for it happening. Then a manager had to bring me new food. Why do I go here. Why....?

I had such a great experience today thanks to an amazing team! I came in and asked the girls their names, and Courtney, the supervisor on the floor, let me know they were Melvin and Lynn. Everyone was so friendly ! Compared to other Tim Hortons Ive been too.
Outstanding work all around. Courtney took my order at the front, Lynn was already making my coffee while I was still saying my order, and Melvin served me my lunch with a smile and told me to enjoy and have a great day.
The teamwork was seamless and so professional. You can really tell they work well together and care about their customers. Thank you for the excellent service

Best Tim Hortons to go to . I will never go to any other . The only perfect coffee I get is from here ! They are so welcoming and kind the best atmosphere to be around so welcoming and so king everyone is ! Will 1000000% strongly recommend
Most timmies will mess your order up, or give you sloppily put together food. I don't go to Tim's to often but my meal was perfect at this location, just a simple BELT and an iced lemonade but it was a good change of pace from most timmies, Courtney's service was 10/10 might go to timmies again

This used to be the best spot to get boston cream donuts. Things have drastically declined. My boston cream had no filling. My double chocolate donut was soo small there was no hole in the middle.

The manager Teresa goes above and beyond for her store and customers , every time I go there I’m always greeted with the most friendliest smile and a great laugh! She always makes sure that my order is completed before I am even done paying. 10/10 service from this location , I have to say this is by far the best tim hortons in Hamilton! Amazing staff especially the morning staff! And there speed to get orders out is fantastic , keep up the great work Teresa definitely going to keep returning back!

Everytime I walk into this store before my shift i am greeted kindly. The afternoon staff is always super kind, smiling and even upselling products.
They have a great selection of donuts!
It's never super loud, usually pretty quiet unless its busy in the store.
The food is always great and I definitely enjoy coming to this store and ordering a drink and know its being made properly.
