This is my favorite location. Super friendly, fast and always gets my order right! The coffee is always fresh and tastes great mixed with the love that's put in to it. Thank you for making my closest Tim's location being my favorite!

I ordered a French Vanilla and a cheese pizza (normal) from the drive-thru at Tim Hortons, but they gave me a pepperoni pizza instead. I am a vegetarian, so I couldn’t eat it. I’m very disappointed with this experience and the lack of attention to my order. I hope the staff will be more careful in the future.

If I could give it a minus 10 rating I would. Staff is terrible can’t take a simple order, and even when they repeat it back to you they still mess it up, waiting in a drive thru over 5 mins for a double double is ridiculous and staff are bothered when you tell them they got your order wrong, one of the worst Tim’s there is in Hamilton

They made pull off to the side parking lot for a latte. Single latte. With no one else infront of me or inside the store. Assumed I wanted large and were extremely rude and dismissive very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Also London fog latte tasted very watered down. Also very passive aggressive

they gave me only egg n cheese
when I got back to them
they denied to give me fresh one they wanted to add whats missing on the one i took and became cold
when we say double toasted means we want it warm to eat it now not play with it

I love going to this timhortons, I realized there’s no Indians working here. My order is heard the first time and made correctly the first time. Only thing I don’t like here is they always somehow burn their bagels but other than that I’d recommend this timhortons over any other one
