Coffee here is great when it's made properly, but it's hit and miss depending on the staff working. Love Timmy's coffee, but get frustrated when they can't mix the cream and sugar properly.

What can I say, you can tell the staff that cares and the staff that doesn’t. I know when certain staff are in certain positions my order is going to be good. Other times, I debate even ordering. To the fact I get nervous of it being made wrong. I would say about 90% of the time when I order it comes out fine though. Out of the city Upper Gage is like the only Tim Hortons I would go for. I know management is trying their best to keep on top of their staff. Making sure everything...
