So I bought a croissant which was tasted awful and when I asked her to remake it, she ranted and was super rude resisting not to make a new one and also resisted we cannot make it. She was talking about the same super loud to her colleague that this customer is asking to remake it and all that. Which is not acceptable at all, I have never experienced something such and she shut the window on my face, so cheap, I have been literally buying coffee and all on daily basis from this Tim. Won’t come here ever againnnnn. And she refused to tell her name and they were working around 2:30 am on 10th Jan 2026.

Today I bought a coffee from this Tim Hortons before heading to work. When I arrived at my work, I realized the cup was only half full and the coffee was already cold. That was extremely frustrating. I will never go to this Tim Hortons again—you served me a half-filled, cold coffee, which is unacceptable.

I have to update my previous 3 star review. This is more a review of Tim’s head office. It’s impossible to get a REFUND for items not received. I promise that I won’t stop telling everyone that if they use your app, your money is gone. I did NOT get my order because this restaurant doesn’t make Timbits before 5:30 am. You ruined my Friday, I bought 50 Timbits and they hadn’t even made them, how do you sell something you don’t have. I’m not going to let this go. I don’t give 1 star reviews, you took my money and then told me you can go back later to get it, that’s too late. If I walked in with cash I could say ok and leave, the APP STEALS your money and says come back later. The BBB will get a call from me on Monday! UPDATE; I went back to the store and the manager gave me my 50 timbits, they made it right. It was a lot of effort but the manager deserves credit.

Been coming to this location for just over 10 years. Saturday Dec 6/2025 530am took almost 7 mins in drive thru i was the only customer in drive thru. 1 steeped tea and 1 muffin ordered. The 2 Indian women were talking away and one leaning against the counter where you take orders. I knocked on window after 2 minutes let alone waited at drive thru order box over 3 mins then finally got my tea i asked what is taking so long she just giggled. Then didnt get muffin she forgot to put on my order. Again probably talking away not paying attention. I let them know what terrible service this was and i would contact the manager in the morning she giggled again and said no problem. I'm starting to realize the attitude of these tim horton workers why McDonald's destroys them in coffee sales. Tims is definitely going down hill having employees ruin the company.
I purchased quite a large order from this Tim Hortons location including 6 Asrt1/2 Dozen cookies for 8.79 The cookies were bricks completely stale and inedible.🤮🤮🤮 What is most disappointing is that the product was still sold to a customer despite being past its expiration. How cruel and dishonest SMH... This location will NOT get my business
