I order a cup of green team from drive thru, I don't know what the hell they have given me......still trying to figure out, attaching pictures. They mostly screw up the things for drive thru because mostly people are rushing to offices and they do not often come back to complaint.

I came here with my family, and the cashier seemed like she didn't even care about customer service. Her mood with talking to custumers was very upseting, and regardless of me and my sister keeping a smile and using our manners, she didn't seem to care. Messed up one of our drink orders by adding ice when i asked not too (Thats okay but the attitude wasn't welcoming), and didn't add the coupon i gave her for a 1$ coffee. I had to have my dad to ask her again to fix these things. Then again its okay, mistakes happen, but we didn't appreciate the way she just didn't seem to care.
Amazing experience for food staff and ambience. Newly renovated location and sitting arrangements were best. Staff was so much accommodating and quick.
