I was there on christmas around 10am. Store was very busy. My order was made quickly and perfect. I was very happy and gave them tip too. I forgot the name of team member she was very sweet

It's Christmas morning. Everyone is wearing black and white scarfs or head coverings. No Christmas decorations
Got home to give my 7 year old son his sausage farmers wrap. There is a thick black hair in it. No one was wearing beard covers, isn't that a failure of the health code in a food production facility or restaurant?
Calling the city first thing Monday morning. Never going back. Disgusting place.

My go to Tim Hortons. The whole staff work well together. I see that as they are always laughing and smiling. It’s also great to see the managers so hands on helping the staff. Never had a bad experience. They always make things right if theirs a mistake. Thank you for making my visits great.
