The restaurant itself looked nice. I ordered at kiosk and it took longer than just ordering at the counter. I got two bagels and drinks, I just opened the bag to eat my bagel while driving to a time sensitive event and the bagel has the bare minimum of cream cheese.. if I have to pay so much extra for cream cheese and can’t even get a spoonful… I’m so disappointed and upset…

I had a disappointing experience at this location . First, the server at the drive-thru didn’t understand my order, and when I tried to clarify at the drive-thru window, the staff member, Shubham, responded rudely and in an aggressive manner. It’s clear that there’s a lack of proper training in customer service. Management should really invest in staff training to ensure a more respectful and professional experience for customers.
