Such a worst staff there. It takes more than 10 mints for a single drink and is very unprofessional. I order a brown sugar iced latte with oat milk. Firstly the front guy made it wrong with regular milk. When he gonna make the another one I was watching him and he put 4-5 pump of brown sugar syrup in medium then he didn’t whip it with machine. I just throw it. They guys definitely need training very unprofessional guy. Never ever visit in that place ever and never recommend to anyone else to visit this place. I literally wasted my money over there.

Unprofessional, staff refuse to speak English around other co workers, coffee is never fresh, especially decaf and dark roast, cleanliness is subpar. I won't be returning here ever again.
I went into this Tim Hortons last week and it is super clean and the staff was really nice I was served by Deanna and she was super polite and understanding on my order and served my order fast this is my favourite Tim Hortons I have been to so far.
