After waiting for 10 minutes the server said I am not in line. Very bad service and the place was not hygienic as well. The instruction about the line is posted on the table which is not properly visible and secondly, They served the customer before me and when it was my turn, served started saying I am not in line.

I had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. Staff is amazing, everything was managed well. Komalpreet helped me with my order. She is very nice girl. Cleanliness is maintained while making food and this store looks great. Definitely recommend to visit this place.
Ordered a substantial amount of food/coffee online and it was there ready for us even when we showed up a bit early. We were helped by very pleasant staff who went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

I was desperate for the loo and the very nice manager let me use it. It was THE CLEANEST Tim Horton’s washroom I have ever seen! It was as clean as a home washroom. Unfortunately, I did not get the manager’s name but she is a sweetheart. As we passed a customer, she greeted him by name and inquired after his wellbeing. Thank you!
