I went to this location on August 26 and a young lady named Ronsita was working. I placed my order that included a XL steep tea 2 oat milk and 2 sugar. When I got my tea it was a large. I asked her where is my xl steep tea, she replied you have a large there. I said that is not what I ordered. So she took the tea and poured it into a xl cup and have it to me. I walked outside and took a sip and it was clearly mixed with coffee. I returned quickly and asked her why would she mix coffee with my steep tea. I said I don't drink coffee and that's not what I ordered. I was quite annoyed that she would do that. She said sorry but that was not the point. Terrible service!

Order 2 bagels extra toasted with cream cheese. Received 2 bagels barely once toasted and barely any cream cheese. Also order 15 timbits. They were squished into their 10 pack box. Went to call and put in a complaint instead of Google and to hopefully have their employees given common sense of reading and not over packing baked goods. Apparently this location doedn thave a phone that'd assigned. How convenient. Do better. My whole order was wrong. No care given by the location

Back in May I ordered a farmer's breakfast sandwich and got a poorly made sausage breakfast sandwich instead. I got in touch with customer service, who then said they'd forward my concern to the store manager. This was back in May. It's now August and nobody has gotten back to me, even though I've followed up on the matter at least two times.
The lack of communication and indifference to making things right is pretty sad, and even though this location is very convenient I will never be going back.
Horrible drinks, food and service. The servers always find a way to mess up our drinks, the restaurant feels sticky and dirty, their machines are always broken and the staff always takes so much time.
