1 staff working at this location on Sunday at lunch time. The employee did her best but unacceptable level of service with a wait time of 25 min for coffee. Bathrooms have NEVER been cleaned. Disgusting location inside, head office should maybe spend some time at this location because it should not be open. Let alone leaving 1 employee to work alone.

Twice now I’ve been denied hot food at 9pm because the woman working said she was closing the store at 9:30. I quite literally just wanted a bagel, and her oven was still running. To add insult to injury she gave me the wrong donut, which I only noticed after leaving and checking my bag. Probably one of the worst Hamilton locations.

She was so busy in her phone didnt even bothered to greet if someone is waiting to order. after waiting for a minute I asked her Can I order? She rudely replied ' yea definitely'. She didnt even changed her gloves after using a phone and handled my coffee with those gloves.

Very poor service since the new owners took over. I do not want to see staff sitting around doing nothing while there are customers absolutely not. And yesterday evening around 8:12 I walked by to find a mouse walking near the front door that’s just disgusting and I would advise no one to go to that business until the get their acts together I’m sorry but you will never ever see me at that store and please have some take home items for people to get it’s absolutely bare in that store

Consistently awful ever since the change in ownership mid 2023.
Not a clean location, definitely don’t use the washrooms, I’ve been in cleaner gas station washrooms. Women’s washroom was locked, nobody ever came out so I used the men’s. No toilet paper, soap or hot water. blood on the soap dispenser. I didn’t really want to drink my tea once I left. I won’t return to this location.
