The iced coffee here always tastes like dirty water. Even when u ask for extra base to sweeten it the drink still comes out really dark when it should have at least a little bit of a creamy colour to it. Disappointed to say the least.

Food and drink were fine but it must be the scariest or shadiest Tim's location in Hamilton. Guess there's a reason there was a security guard in the store. Feel for those that work or shop there. It was a decent location decades ago.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Consistently messes up my order, or they don’t have ice, there is always something they are out of. And when they aren’t out of something - they simply mess up the order almost every time.

I am more than upset with this tim hortons! First of all the place is dirty inside and out! Secondly my grandmother is very ill Needed to use the bathroom as she was not going to make it home. She is 84 and was begging to use the washroom! They refused to let her use it Absolutely disgusted with this place Do better !

Me and my family literally skip over 2 Tim Hortons to specifically came to this one cause they’ve always get my order right and are always friendly. It has been over 2 months now of the owner not buying or properly fixing the ice machine. Kind of hard for your employees to do their job to the amazing standards they always do when they don’t have the support from the owners in fixing the literal machines you need to run a business. I only drink iced coffee so I might have to find a new Tim’s cause this is getting ridiculous. Do better as an owner, your employees are doing their job, do yours.
