I ordered a chicken wrap from Tim Hortons and was shocked to find there was no chicken in it! When I complained, instead of addressing the issue properly, I was met with excuses. If you don’t have chicken, at least inform the customer and ask if they’re willing to wait. This was a complete waste of my $11.75. Very disappointing.

I don't like writing reviews but this time I have to do it, the girl who works inside is not polite never ,I mean the girl who fulfills the customers' requests inside I advise firing her she pushed the coffee cup forcefully towards me the coffee came out of the cup from the force of her hand she has no respect whether she works inside or at the window today November 30/2024

I frequent Tim Hortons quite often with disappointing service, but I've been to this location twice & both times the service has been so great! I never have to repeat myself in the drive thru, the staff are very pleasant & the order is always right. Jackie helped me this morning & she was such a pleasure :) Definitely a great hiring job with the staff at this location!!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my visit to your 443 main st. West location today.
I ordered my usual Steak and Cheese Farmers Wrap, but the employee informed me it was discontinued, despite having it just yesterday. When I asked for another steak wrap, she insisted none were available. After I chose a different option, she rudely told me, “Next time make whoever is driving be the one speaking when ordering.”
This tone was unexpected and disrespectful. When I questioned the menu change, she ultimately admitted they did have the wrap. I was upset and felt the interaction was handled poorly without any apology.
I hope you will address this matter to improve customer service. Thank you for your attention.

The service was excellent – the staff helped me with my order and patiently guided me to choose the healthiest option for breakfast. They were very kind to answer all my questions! This location is better suited for take-away.
I ordered through uber eats. The nutella croissant that I ordered was unavailable, so they made a very nice gesture of sending me three donuts with a smiley and instead of small, they send a large coffee to me. This is a shout-out to the person who saved my evening and made me smile. Thankyou very much ❤️
