There drive through service needs ALOT of work with training or training new people. Some days it moves fast and some days it's like molasses.

Absolutely terrible location. I’ve had so many issues here. Typically it was an issue with scan and pay, but I also had an employee charge me for an order that wasn’t mine, THREE TIMES.

Lately it’s been the iced Capps. I drink them daily, and know the taste by heart. They’re consistently too dark, and have been using NON FRESH DAIRY MILK to make them. Night shift is consistently leaving a coffee cup of milk on the counter and using that to make iced Capps. That’s unsanitary and unsafe. I won’t be coming back.

Go there every morning before i leave for work. Order same coffee everyday but surprisingly, it taste different everyday. This morning sikh guy at the window charged me $3 extra and upon asking for refund, his reply was rude..

This location is walk in and drive through only. I find you have to be pretty clear with the employees with your order, otherwise they might not understand you clearly. Still despite this, they tend to make the order as fast as possible I find, which is great if you value speedy service that is quick and gets your coffee or donut or Timbits out quickly as possible

I asked if there was corn in the buffalo chicken wrap because I’m allergic…got told no. Take a bite in it and sure enough there’s corn in it.

I’ve been a regular at this store for over two years, and I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and the food to be great. Sure, there have been occasional minor mistakes with my order, but they’re always quick to fix it, and I find that it doesn’t overshadow the consistently positive experience. While I understand that mistakes happen, I don’t think it’s fair to judge the entire business harshly over a single error. Overall, it’s a reliable spot with great service, and I’ll continue eating there.

I waited a while, that's fine.. but when I got my order, I had to get my own straws, put my drinks in the tray myself. Not sure what's going on these days, but it seems all the fast food services are losing their spark. To top it up, the workers communicated in their own language, that made me feel great 👍

i asked for less Ice the guy working juat dropped the ice and didnt even fill the drink full.
