Why you let people order delivery if you can't make order of hours during midnight/early morning.

I ordered a medium French vanilla with quarter coffee to kick out fogginess while driving but the coffee which I served taste very bitter like burnt coffee or expired coffee pot. I didn’t like the coffee at all and the person who had my order was saying hi I placed my order. It didn’t say drive up or come to the window. Nothing it’s still fine but they shouldn’t serve expired coffee or a coffee which makes you feel bad coffee should make you feel good. Ask Tim Hortons always do salute just train your staff not to serve expired coffee.

Bagel is hard as a rock, usually this location is pretty good for freshness, but not this morning, I fully understand you talk another language but when a customer is in the store , maybe try and talk English

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a medium strawberry lemonade and the cup was only filled to about the 4th line, which is much less than what customers usually receive. When I asked about it, the employee insisted they had actually given me more than normal.

If this is really the standard at Tim Hortons, that’s very misleading for customers. If not, management should address this because customers should not be paying full price for a half-filled drink.

Update: I’ve been to this Tim Hortons just two or three times, and they’ve gotten my order wrong every single time. Today was no different. I asked for a honey cruller and a medium coffee with two creams, but they handed me a chocolate glazed donut and a large coffee with two milks and half sugar without saying a word. I didn’t even realize the mistake until I was already halfway to work and couldn’t turn back.

Ordered an egg and cheese wrap with extra egg and lettuce and received an egg and sausage wrap. When I called the store to inform them about it, they refused to acknowledge the mistake. The guy over the phone call only agreed to it when I told them that I will be bringing the wrap back in the evening. The employee bluntly refused to process the refund when it is their own mistake to not to hear the order properly. The manager did not even attend the call to acknowledge the issue. What a terrible customer service by the team. Utterly disappointed!

The drive-thru trash can is too far from the window, so customers have to get out of their car to use it. This could easily cause an accident. It should be closer to the window cars 😞😞

I had a terrible experience at this location while picking up an Uber Eats order around midnight. The lobby was closed, so I went through the drive-thru. The staff told me there was no order, then said they didn’t have the items the customer ordered.

As an Uber driver, I cannot cancel an order myself the restaurant must cancel it. I explained this calmly and even let the customer speak to the employee on my phone so they could request the cancellation directly.

Instead of helping, the employee became aggressive and extremely disrespectful. He refused to cancel the order and used inappropriate and offensive language toward me, telling me to leave and swearing at me.

No worker should ever speak to a customer or delivery driver that way. The situation could have been handled professionally in two minutes. Very disappointing service and very unprofessional behavior.

Came through for a coffee today and was excellently served by one of the nice ladies at the drive through with the tattoos, showed great service with a smile, something that has been lacking at alot of different fast food chains now adays.😊
