I had coffee and a bit of breakfast and I told their staff that I wanted to use the washroom. They said there was no washroom here. But when their store first opened, there were both male and female washrooms, but they didn't let me use them. I had a big emergency, so it was very bad experience. I have attached a photo. There are washrooms inside. You can see the sticker of the store outside. But when you open it, there are washrooms inside.

Very frustrated and disappointed by the food served at this location. they put an insane amount of butter on things to the point i can’t taste the actual food but just mouthfulls of butter. i am actually disgusted and have to throw my food out on multiple occasions because of this. service was good, they are quick and polite but WAY too much butter used

I don't typically feel the need to review Tim's, they are what they are. But I stop at this one only the odd time and the coffee is always terrible. It's either burnt, or there's chemical cleaner taste lingering. Today my wife finally experienced it and confirmed it's not just my taste buds.
Coffee was trash, wasnt mixed at all. I ordered online and the workers didn't start until I walked in and told them i ordered. They then put my coffee in a bag and they didnt hand it until I asked them for it. Not to mention, indoor seating & bathrooms are closed because of people coming in doing drugs

I ordered a simply sausage, add chipotle sauce and bacon as I do at all tim hortons, and they forgot my sausage even though I paid extra for the other toppings. 😔 They get my order wrong at this location more than they get it right unfortunately. I'd recommend checking your orders before you leave, even in the drive through, which I know will unfortunately affect their drive through times.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. They hardly have donuts. Nothing no hot chocolate. So disappointing. They close the dinning room, they have homeless people in the door way. Just a terrible place. Never will I return!!!!
