Everything was good; the service, food, and coffee were all nice. But there’s no washroom available, which is really disappointing. Customers expect basic facilities, and without a washroom it’s hard to stay comfortable. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll come here again because of that.

Horrible experience. As we placed our order, I asked about their washroom and was told that no washrooms were available at the store. The staff's could care less attitude, topped it off. We abandoned our order and walked out. For an eat-in restaurant this is unacceptable.

For the most part staff is very pleasant. But I'm still not sure what gives the staff the right to tell a customer they can't add to their order once u get to the window. If I owned that location, that person would be reprimanded for costing me money. Telling a customer they can't add and spend their money once order is done, is outrageous. Should train your staff to take orders and do what they are being paid to do.

amazing staff. they pay attention to order details. always have a smile amd always made fresh and exactly how you like it. very very few locations I feel do this. especially regarding toasting a bagel.
it's a shame the in store done in and restrooms amhave been removed. that's a downside for sure

I had a burger from this branch, and it was awesome, and the manager Sam who works at this branch is an awesome manager. I wish that other Tim horton branches had managers like Sam.

I ordered iced coffee and the lady gave me the worst iced coffee ever. Both money and coffee wasted. I put it in garbage.

Absolutely disgusting location...I'm from out of town, stopped here to use the washroom to my disbelief there isn't one..I was advised to go to Starbucks to use theirs..I said why don't you have a washroom? Staff said because of the homelessness...This place is dirty no tables no chairs nothing glad they didn't have a washroom I rather pee outside ..Staff not friendly almost like they couldn't care less...AVOID THIS LOCATION... EDIT....A friend went to this location as well about 2 months ago and had the same issue... Unacceptable Tim Hortons I would never purchase any food or coffee from here...DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! DO BETTER AND A WASHROOM....HOMELESS OR NOT PPL STILL NEED SOMEWHERE TO DO THEIR BUSINESS
