I hate this Tim Hortons. So many items on the menu aren't available to buy. That or they're too lazy to make these items for you, who knows. Super annoying. Oh and washrooms aren't available either! A sad sad location if I say so myself!

Will not do any custom orders for people with illnesses, always running out of things, manager extremely unfriendly when she actually has to work (I hope that wasn't an owner being so bad to customers, wrong way to gain customers lol). AVOID THIS TIMS! Also can't look at the menu online without starting an order? How dumb a company can you be...

Not Tim Hortons standard.Seating area not acessable. Did not give napkins only after asking twice. Give us bag with donat, no letting it fall out of their hand we had to catch it. No excuse me.They have to learn canadian Tim Hortons standard.

Went there to take my 3 years old daughter to the washroom while I was waiting for my wife medical visit and buy some food for her... Well...there is no washroom!!!! a public space where you are supposed to sip a cup of coffee there is no washroom available for the customers. Unbelievable!!! The washroom room is instead a storage space. As I said I wanted to buy food but I ended up turning around and leave.

around 9:30 this morning, a woman with blonde hair and red lipstick(not flattering) was very rude, rushed our order, didn’t give us a second to think, answered very abruptly with a condescending tone. and when we got to the window she shoved all our food in one bag, and almost forgot to give us our drinks. when she passed them to us she said “oh you’re probably going to need this.” wow?

Horrible Fast food restaurant. No seating allowed due to incompetent staff who are scared of the homeless and don't know how to deal with struggling individuals.Not a recommended place ?

Thoroughly unhelpful with workers mystified with simple orders or questions. Hate to call them incompetent but lineups and mistakes shouldn't be happening so frequently.

Oh boy, where to begin. First and foremost this location runs out of baked goods quite a lot. When they don’t, the food ends up being dry/stale. They’re quite under staffed as well, with one or two people having to run around and do both drive thru and in restaurant orders.Currently their done in section is completely closed off, so you’re walking against people in line to leave. They don’t allow customers to use the washroom.A sign on the door would go a long way. I don’t see the point of having a full size restaurant and closing 2/3 of it off from the public. The outside of the building and the large parking lot are misleading.As far as locations go, this is probably one of the worst that I’ve seen.

Wow , Tim Hortons that can! make good coffee and fresh tim bits! Yeah, I'll gladly come back!Parking: Would not recommend a big pick-up truck to drive in unless you know it wheel very tight turns.

Honestly, on more than one occasion orders have been messed up. For example, my wife doesn't drink coffee at all but rather steeped tea with 4 oat milk and some how has gotten coffee with 4 oat milk. It has been noticed when say are on the highway or too far from the restaurant to make a difference. Could we go back, yes but it's more of an annoyance then anything that it even happens. Also occasionally when one does order a beagle say with cream cheese, it gets cut and other times it doesn't. Be a little more consistent with that. You can't tell me it's because of COVID or to save time in DT or at counter, it only takes 2 seconds if that.

When travelling to other cities Tim Hortons is always a welcome sight except this one. Dirty small dining. Public washroom permanently closed. Horrible. I will never spend even a cent at this location when I’m in this area.

Most of the staff walking around like they are being busy but they are just wasting time , the reason for me getting a coffee was to get roll up the rim and it didnt happen the lady that could hardly understand me rang it in before i could get my tims card tapped it beeped but didnt happen ill never go to this location again had to take out because they have no tables or bathroom
