Today October 22, 2025, I ordered a breakfast sandwhich with coffee the guy who made my coffee made it wrong and the coffee tasted like water it was tasteless I told the guy one almond milk with four sweeter sugar he only put one almond milk he didn't put no sweeter sugar in to my coffee and my breakfast sandwhich was cold the eggs and sausage was cold I waited about ten minutes for my breakfast sandwhich and they didn't even give me napkins when given me my breakfast sandwhich no napkins I had to ask for napkins and the lady customer waiting in line got in to a fight argument with me I said to that lady your nosy the guy made my coffee wrong and it tasted like I water I had very bad experience here at this Time Hortons I don't think I'll be coming back here poor customer service theey needed to change there work staff they don't know what there doing and the food is very bad what's going on with Tim Hortons
