I don’t know the name of the staff member, but she is short, skinny, wears glasses, and works in the afternoon. She is always in a bad mood, speaks rudely to customers, and appears eager to argue instead of helping. Because of her behavior, I am giving this location 1 star. There is also a turban-wearing staff member who consistently shows a positive mindset, strong work ethics, and excellent problem-solving skills. He treats customers with respect and professionalism every time.

I am a regular customer and was shocked to see a staff member named Simrat shouting and using abusive language toward her supervisor, Kamal, in front of customers. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and damages the store’s image. Kamal remained calm, silent, and highly professional. He is always polite, smiling, and communicates excellently. His patience and maturity are rare. I give this store 5 stars only because of him; otherwise, I would not give even 1 star.

I am not sure how but their coffee always tastes watered down or burnt. I even asked for an extra sugar because it was every single visit. They just don’t make the items correct here. They ALLL need retraining and maybe health board should visit this location. It’s disgusting every time.

We ordered 1 French vanilla with oat milk and 1 triple triple and it was the worst coffee we have ever had. Got an upset stomach too. The service was also bad. The girl working there didn’t greet or anything and talked in a rude manner l. Really disappointed and never wanna go back there.

Worst Tims location ever for delivery atleast( wishing its not the same for take out or dine in). Last 5-6 orders me and my roommate did over the span of last month, they always mess with the order. Initially it was just one thing they would mess up for some orders but yesterday was the limit when they messed up with the whole order. The entirety of the order. 3 things I ordered, all of em turned out to be some random stuff instead of what i actually ordered. Tried to call them, the number was not available. Tried to complain about it, but have done complaint so many fricking times at this point , they wont respond to my mails anymore. Can’t or don't wanna do anything about the refund anymore but hopefully someone else’s few bucks won’t get wasted like mine did. Good day.
