Was there on July third can't even believe how disappointed i am with this location..I go to this timmies 5 days a week and buy 5 coffees and 1 hot chocolate everyday for the pass 25 years ..many times my order is wrong so today once again they got it wrong so I went back to the store to complain about my hot chocolate ..cause they can't seem to get it right i take a hot chocolate with half hot water ..Annabelle that I was dealing with said that people always get a hot chocolate with coffee in it that's a popular item .I understand that but I don't like coffee so I want it with half hot water ..she told me there is nothing she can do about it ..so when I make my order it's always going to be with coffee in it ...are you serious ..what kind of customer service is that ...I think it's time that we go take our business somewhere else ..

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the person at the window last weekend I believe his name was Mo or Mohammad. His customer service was absolutely amazing and really made my day. He was friendly, professional, and even recommended a delicious ice capp that I ended up loving. People like him make a big difference. Great job!

Terrible service. I waited too long in the drive-thru with 7–8 cars ahead. Only one employee was handling everything — taking orders, making them, and serving. This is not the employee’s fault, but a clear failure of the manager and their poor scheduling. Management needs to do better. One person can’t run a drive-thru alone during busy hours.

Parking: Too many beggars out front who bug you going in / out even after you Say NO!!
Kid-friendliness: Good way to teach a child about drug use and it's fallout of using.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible if you can avoid the beggars who bother everybody.its ridiculous at this location
