Creams tast nasty
Came through drive thru on Nov 9th at approx 8.17 pm. I was trying to place an order, and the worker couldn't keep it together or remain professional enough to take my order. She disregarded my order and kept saying 'what' or completely missed what I was saying. She even burst out laughing twice during our exchange. I pull up to the window finally and she never gave me a total or anything and proceeded to just stare at me as she had earbuds on and was conducting a personal phone call and speaking Indian! I asked her the total, and she proceeded to shove the terminal my way even though I was paying cash.. what type of ppl are they hiring here. No wonder this company is going downhill. After such a frustrating exchange, I'll never be returning here. Management needs to train staff better.

Pretty most of the time and don't mess up every order and that's good thing. With that being said, they're always friendly at the window and greet with a smile.

As a long-time patron of Tim Hortons, I am deeply disheartened and appalled by my recent experience. What should have been a straightforward order—a bagel with cream cheese—turned into an egregious violation of both my dietary preferences and basic food safety standards. Upon preparing to consume the bagel, I detected a strange odor, and to my absolute shock and revulsion, I discovered bacon inside. I must unequivocally state that I do not consume meat, and this oversight is not only profoundly upsetting but wholly unacceptable.
This incident raises significant concerns about cross-contamination within the establishment’s food preparation processes. It is apparent that staff members are neglecting to change gloves between handling meat products and non-meat items, which constitutes a serious breach of health and safety protocols. Furthermore, this speaks volumes about the staff’s lack of attention to detail and their disregard for the integrity of customers' orders.
Unfortunately, this particular location has been consistently problematic, and this latest transgression exemplifies a troubling pattern of negligence. I am exceptionally disappointed, as this Tim Hortons is the closest to my residence. However, in light of this ongoing disregard for food quality and safety, I will no longer be frequenting this establishment.
To prospective customers, I would strongly advise steering clear of this location if you value adherence to food safety standards and proper handling practices. In my opinion, you would be far better served by supporting local coffee establishments that demonstrate a higher degree of care and diligence.

Over charge for tap water! My husband and I went for a drive and wanted water. We understand places charge for cups, but this place is ridicules. Other places charge 10 cents for a cup, but this place wanted to charge us around 50 cents for two small cups of water. We then asked why it was so much more then other places in which got the basic response “store policy” she then told us that it would be 10 cents for each cup if we got it without the lid. So are we paying for lids now? On top of a cup? What’s next?

Monday August 26, 2024 around 10am, I arrived at Tim Hortons, bought a medium coffee and breakfast sandwich, unfortunately they did not have any eggs made and informed me that I will need to wait 5 mins . When it was time to pick up my breakfast sandwich, the worker was polite, apologetic and gave me a free hash brown. Great customer service..PERIOD ! (Location: Rymal and Nebo Rd, Hamilton)

I just bought a medium ice coffee at this store. When I go back to my home and want to finish it, there is a hair in my drink. I feel so so so disgusting and want to vomit.

I went to Tim's after work yesterday ordered a coffee in drive through and the Indian guy says that's a dollar ninety scanned my card took 400 points for free coffee and charged me for the coffee! Unbelievable, not trust worthy he probably pocketed the money. Head office will hear about this.

This Tim’s is one of the best I’ve been to. Foods good, the cold drinks cold and delicious, however the coffee… all I can say is that every coffee I’ve gotten has either been burnt or were filled with coffee grains.
However there has been multiple times where I came in and there are homeless people sleeping on the benches and someone in the bathroom stole for over a hour. I told the employee taking orders at that time and they did nothing. I would love to make this my main Tim’s but seeing that has disgusted me
