The guy should use the gloves I saw him putting both of his fingers in the cops when it’s empty, then he serve coffee. I don’t take it even I leave it and I go out. I don’t know what he had his finger before that.

This is my second favorite Tim Hortons in the city. Almost perfect I've had a couple of mistakes with food but that happens. The drive-thru is a little tight for trucks but you can still manage it.

Waiting at counter to get served for over twenty minutes this place is severely understaffed and lines don't progress
always prioritise the drive thru. Customers wait at front for 5-10 minute disappointing!

Came through drive thru on Nov 9th at approx 8.17 pm. I was trying to place an order, and the worker couldn't keep it together or remain professional enough to take my order. She disregarded my order and kept saying 'what' or completely missed what I was saying. She even burst out laughing twice during our exchange. I pull up to the window finally and she never gave me a total or anything and proceeded to just stare at me as she had earbuds on and was conducting a personal phone call and speaking Indian! I asked her the total, and she proceeded to shove the terminal my way even though I was paying cash.. what type of ppl are they hiring here. No wonder this company is going downhill. After such a frustrating exchange, I'll never be returning here. Management needs to train staff better.
