Order #9471. I made a delivery order like I have done multiple times from my phone to be delivered to my home address. Never have I ever had a problem, now I do. I placed an order yesterday's date 11/19/24 of $16.00 worth. You took the money from my account and canceled my order. I never received any of that order or my money Back. Therefore. I want my money back or my order delivered absolutely free your choice because for someone who has got deliveries multiple times and now has a problem, should not happen.

Well order food got wrong order..then the dude serving it without hand food gloves touches your food bare hands..so it was to disgusting to see that..hope he didn't wipe his ass this morning before touching my food...then I get told to go wait in handy cap zone for a possible hefty fine to top it off over charged..that tells me Tim Hortons is going down hill at that Ash house.

I have been here 4 times this week to pick up my mobile order and every single time it’s been a disaster as the order was never started when I arrived. I even tried to give them time before heading to pick up my order but same result. Every other location I’ve been to is a smooth experience with mobile orders for the most part. It’s annoying because mobile orders are supposed to be a way of bypassing the lines at the store but this store need serious work honestly.

This location offers ample parking and clean washrooms, as well as fast drive-through service. It's a convenient spot for waiting for an hour or two while picking up or dropping off friends or family members in the surrounding areas, such as the children's hospital, daycare, or job locations.
I go to this tim hortons the most when I'm visiting in hamilton. Very nice staff, food and drinks are always great. There's a middle aged woman who I always see when I'm in there and she's just the sweetest most pleasant soul.

If there was an option for zero stars I’d put that. This place can’t get their orders right or time managed. You will wait for 10-15mins for just a drink let alone food. If you order food make sure you check it before leaving because it’s never right. Ordered a bacon and egg somehow got roast beef? Attempted to tell the manager in a very casual way and she laughed saying “and you still come here” …pathetic answer. Definitely will not be returning.
