SERVING ALLERGENS TO SAVE TIME INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING ORDER DIRECTIONS.
I order oat milk because I can’t have dairy or nuts. I could have experienced a serious anaphylactic reaction had my partner not sipped the drink first to check. You could kill someone just to save a few seconds on the drive thru clock. Do better.
Edit to add: Tim Hortons tried to blame uber for the issue. Last time I checked, the uber driver didn’t prepare my order. The negligent Tim horton’s workers did.
Placed mobile orders regularly and it always takes 10-20 minutes. However the Tim Hortons on Centennial only takes 2-5 minutes

Wow what a stupid service asked for a donut got a timbit then being asked to pay after waiting and not checking my order correctly how do u not understand a donut from a timbit unacceptable

I came today for my morning cofee and sandwich and drive thru lines were busy and even lineup was crazy at front so baker from back came to help . I asked her name she replied Nav , she was very amazing and polite.

I placed an order from Tim Hortons through Uber Eats and was very disappointed with the experience.
The bagels I received were completely burnt, and the donut I paid for was missing from the order. When I called the store to let them know, the manager was unhelpful, dismissive, and told me to contact Uber instead of taking any responsibility.
It felt like they didn’t care at all about the quality of food being sent out or the service they provide to customers. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience—I expected much better from Tim Hortons.

Every time I’ve went there really nice 10 for service atmosphere is always out of 10 and they’re always ready to make my coffee and take my order other than when they’re busy but that’s more than understandable

I just ordered two steps teas and was asked to wait for new brewing but when I get and get into the highway they were both cold the picture shoes the order history... its totally wrong they know its not fresh or hot but still they serve it and we get charged over $5.00 for cold tea..

What started as a horrible Monday took a complete 180 thanks to the amazing team at this Tim Hortons. Patty at the drive-thru was an absolute ray of sunshine — friendly, fast, and genuinely uplifting. Her service instantly improved my mood. And a big shoutout to Nav, whose baking skills deserve a spotlight — cookies were absolutely perfect!
It’s rare to leave a drive-thru smiling on a Monday, but they made it happen. Thank you both for turning my day around!
