What started as a horrible Monday took a complete 180 thanks to the amazing team at this Tim Hortons. Patty at the drive-thru was an absolute ray of sunshine — friendly, fast, and genuinely uplifting. Her service instantly improved my mood. And a big shoutout to Nav, whose baking skills deserve a spotlight — cookies were absolutely perfect!
It’s rare to leave a drive-thru smiling on a Monday, but they made it happen. Thank you both for turning my day around!

had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Gurpinder! She was friendly, polite, and efficient—even during a busy rush. My order was taken with a smile, and everything came out just right. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service. Gurpinder made my morning coffee run a lot better, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

Why does it say on uber app that they have food and when I ordered through uber they told my driver they don’t have food?
I had to go though the hassle of getting a refund through uber which isn’t always easy and not my fault when toldThey don’t have. All I got was the drinks I order and then they shut off their uber app?
The worst location I’ve dealt with so far and that’s not saying much

Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The staff member appeared disengaged and unapproachable. I tried to get her attention for my order—she clearly saw me, yet made no effort to respond or assist. If she is not responsible for serving customers, this should be clarified, as it gives the impression of poor customer service. It’s on 24 july at 8:30 pm

I had a disappointing experience. The staff member showed no interest in assisting customers. When I called her for my order, she looked directly at me but chose to ignore me. If she is not available to take orders or assist customers, it raises concerns about her role. Customer service should be a priority in any workplace. If I have option to gave zero start I would definitely give
The girl working there today July-15 at 6:30 is the best employee unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was the best employee.

As a quick stop service there are afew employees who really stand out to put out a positive energy! However since it is just a quick stop it can be very busy and lack a few essential details. Such as the cream cheese on not only one but two cinnamon raisin bagels this morning! Yes they were toasted and yes even buttered but when charged for the cream cheese and kind of let down it does make it easier to go across the street (even if from my A to B points make it all the more challenging).

Excellent service! Fast-paced, very friendly employees & always satisfied.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I asked for a medium tea, and they told me they only had small. But when I got to the counter, they handed me a medium I was shocked. On top of that, the tea was watered down with hot water, and the bagel was burnt. Completely ruined my morning. If you don’t want to work in the morning, then maybe don’t.
I visited Tim Hortons and encountered a female employee with an extremely rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. Her negative demeanor made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I expect better service.
Their quality has been declining day by day. This morning marked the third time in a row that I received an overcooked bagel and coffee without a stirrer. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
DO NOT WALK IN!!! This store ONLY cares about their drive through times and doesn't serve storefront until you say something.. SERIOUSLY understaffed. Only 3 people working. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
