Amazing service
Excellent service! Fast-paced, very friendly employees & always satisfied.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I asked for a medium tea, and they told me they only had small. But when I got to the counter, they handed me a medium I was shocked. On top of that, the tea was watered down with hot water, and the bagel was burnt. Completely ruined my morning. If you don’t want to work in the morning, then maybe don’t.
I visited Tim Hortons and encountered a female employee with an extremely rude attitude and unprofessional behavior. Her negative demeanor made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I expect better service.
Their quality has been declining day by day. This morning marked the third time in a row that I received an overcooked bagel and coffee without a stirrer. It’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
DO NOT WALK IN!!! This store ONLY cares about their drive through times and doesn't serve storefront until you say something.. SERIOUSLY understaffed. Only 3 people working. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Excellent. Everything, Everytime is Excellent. 5 days a week for almost 5 years. Every single Coffee has been Perfect. No matter how new the employee making it was. @Least 2 of Witch(Love Halloween) were on their 1st day. Best Timmies Aye have ever gone to !! ! !!

**Tim Hortons Express Drive thru **
Well Overall, the experience at the Tim Hortons express drive-thru was decent. The food was fresh, and the iced drink was alright, though the cup could’ve been filled a bit more for the price. The wait time wasn’t too bad, probably because it wasn’t very busy. The staff seemed fine, though not overly enthusiastic.
The downside, however, was that I requested decaf coffee but got regular instead—definitely a disappointment. I expected better attention to detail. Could use a bit of improvement, but it wasn’t terrible! It did keep me up pass midnight. 😂 I typically fall asleep at 9:30. So this was very sad for me. Please pay attention to what the customer wants. It’s a good thing am not allergic and have reactions more severely like I use to.

Hi I came from work today and came at your store to order just one ice cap as the store closes at 11:00 pm. It was 10:49pm when I came. She refused me to give coffee as she says the store is closed but it was still 10:49pm. Please don’t do this.

My son went to this location today he paid and forgot to take his money back when he realized he went back. The girl who served she left a note with his money .I'm giving five star for her honesty and really glad that people like her still exist I guess she is Paluinder
