I LOVE Tim Hortons soooo much! It’s my favorite place to go, especially after school or on weekends. When I walk in it always smells like warm donuts and hot chocolate and it makes me feel super happy. My favorite thing is the Timbits because they’re small and you can try lots of different flavors. I really like the birthday cake ones because they taste like sprinkles and frosting in a tiny ball! I also get the hot chocolate because it’s always warm and yummy and it makes me feel cozy, especially when it’s cold outside. Sometimes I go with my family and we all sit at a table and talk while we eat. It’s fun because the people that work there are always nice and smile a lot. I also like that they give you your food fast so I don’t have to wait forever. Tim Hortons is the best because it feels friendly and the food always tastes good. If you’ve never been, you REALLY should go!

I always stop at this Tim Hortons every morning from Sunday to Friday, usually between 7:00–7:30am, and I always go through the right-side drive-thru. Most of the staff here are great,friendly, polite, and they make the morning experience pleasant. However, there is one woman (Filipino woman-specifically) who regularly works the right-side drive-thru window on weekday mornings who is consistently rude every single day. This isn’t a one-time thing, it’s every morning. She never greets, never says hi, never says thank you, and never say have a good day. Instead, she talks with a condescending tone, barely acknowledges you, and the moment she hands out your order, she immediately slams the window shut without a word. It’s extremely unpleasant, especially when you’re just trying to start your day in a good mood. The contrast is obvious because on the days she’s not there, the other staff members are warm, professional, and welcoming. I specifically described what's her ethnicity cause there's some days she's not there. One consistently rude employee shouldn’t ruin the experience for customers who come here every single morning.

I’ve visited many Tim Hortons locations before, but this experience really stood out because of her positive attitude and great customer service. I wasn't gonna do this but now is too much!!! Im a loyal costumer of this tim hortons every night I come here. There is this Indian lady ranjna I believe her name is that she is so rude and always want to know everyone business. Last Thursday I went there around 3am to get 3 pizzas and a bottle of coke and as the girl asked me for my order i literally head her in the back saying NO!!! In an agressive voice... the the girl she said to me that the oven was on cleaning but this isnt the first time anyway...so I left! On the other side when Angelina she is there she will make sure thay your order is always on time and ready, Angelina never refuse to make pizza!!! She is such a sweet woman. The owner or manager of this tim hortons should really look into the people that works there and read all the reviews about that lady... You already lost lots of costumers at night shift because of her.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons today. Jatinder was very courteous, took my order accurately, and made sure everything was fresh and perfect. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Excellent job!

Tim Hortons always gives a great experience. I tried their French Vanilla with a chocolate chip muffin, and both were served warm and fresh. The coffee had the perfect taste, and the muffin was soft and delicious. The staff was polite, and the place was neat and welcoming. Really enjoyed my visit!. This is such a nice place to visit.

I always enjoy visiting Tim Hortons. The coffee is fresh and consistent, and the food is good for a quick bite. The staff are friendly and provide fast service, even during busy times. It’s a comfortable place to stop by whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break. Always a reliable spot!. I ordered a large roasted hazelnut cold brew, and it was made perfectly with no mistakes. I also had an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, which was fresh and delicious. The place was very clean. Everything was prepared just the way it should be, and I had a great experience overall.

Just visited to the Tim location at Lake and barton stoney creek. We order sausage belt bagel but on window lady said they don’t have sausage after4 pm and ask us to revise the order on window. We agreed an order for belt bagel with bacon & egg. At home when we open belt they gave us a piece of tomato, cheese and latus. And we pay $8 for this. Very disappointed. Listen your customer carefully what they are asking . What they are paying. Also before taking any order check your stock. If you request for revise the order on window please cost them accordingly what you are going to gave them. There is no option for 0 star.
