Yesterday, we picked up breakfast sandwiches and mocha Icecaps for an afternoon snack. As usual, Tim’s service was fast and friendly. What a great company. The staff is unfriendly, the quality of cold brew is so bitter, and I have noticed over the last 2 orders repeatedly. They refuse any customization and don't feel like a coffee shop, no warmth, no Tim's culture. For the last few times, I have been regretting going to this location, Unfortunately, it's the closest to our home, but eventually we end up going to other Tim's to improve our drink. So for me & my husband their staff & quality both are sad. Why would you be so rude ?
The quantity of food is very conservative specially in bowls and wraps. They count each veggie and rice grain, why call it " loaded wrap or bowl, if it isn't. I would avoid the front counter experience and this location in future for quality I get. Given too many chances.
Went there this afternoon. Went through drive through to order two simple beverages. Could not understand the person on drive through speaker. I asked him to confirm my order and still could not understand. When I got to the window I asked to confirm the order to make sure they understood, and it was correct. however, once we drove away realized they got it wrong. Extremely poor. Avoid unless you need caffeine (even then they may inadvertently give you decaf).

Very very bad management and staff working at this location who is very disrespect and rude towards their paying customers. They also give us low quality and garbage food and drinks compared to other locations like we are animals and not humans. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Avoid this location at all cost.

I was there to grab my breakfast today. The guy was very kind and gentle while Bleart was taking order. Bleart made my coffee and cheese tea biscuits perfectly.

50/50 chance the coffee will taste burnt or not be how you requested it. Foods good though no problems there. Kinda warm inside usually.
