Went in Wednesday at 6pm. Waited 15 minutes to be served while the woman on counter would not stop yelling, loudly at her co workers; insulting them, blaming them for everything and complaining about having to do her job. Quit your job, then, if you're that miserable that you have to bully and abuse your team to get through your day. No one deserves to be spoken to that way and it was humiliating and infuriating to witness. Go ahead and try to laugh it off with them too. We can all hear the silence.

They must have worst rating always. Because its my third time that these guys did not take an order in 7 minutes. I was waiting at the front desk they were talking to each other and doing nothing. You should closed if you don’t wanna serve the customers

At the time of this review, it has already been 10 minutes that we are waiting for the drive through order to be made available to us, and when we asked about situation, we were given attitude instead of an answer. Steer clear and avoid the headache

Every time I come here, an employee named Shelly gives me new reasons not to come back, i am writing this after multiple bad experiences just with her, everyone else is nice, i hope the management notices and take corrective action.

Only ordered coffee this time. Staff is friendly. It is a busy spot during lunch due to high school close by. Best to order on the mobile app during that time.

Stopped by with my cousin to grab a drink then head to the waterfront.
As this location is very small, it's very hard to get around, definitely not for large vehicles.

To whom it may concern,

Please know that I frequent this Tim Horton’s location (503 Main St E, Wentworth S x Main St E) on an almost DAILY basis.

Not once have I ever experienced poor customer service by Amber. She is ALWAYS very pleasant, positive, respectful, and overall a great employee who is never not smiling when I’m greeted by her at the drive-thru window. While I can understand the concern in professionalism based on a video of her circulating on the internet, I can wholeheartedly say that there is a major gap in which the original poster is lacking to include in the post — something is not adding up.

Again, I can understand why others would be concerned based on her behaviour in said video, but at the end of the day, this specific location deals with so much when it comes to homeless individuals, panhandlers, etc. I’m not saying the original poster is any of the sorts, but I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that the employees were most likely provoked and baited, in which then a cellphone recording them was shoved in their faces.

It is also possible that perhaps this individual caught Amber in a moment of stress or frustration, or perhaps she was experiencing a hard day in general — even though I saw her yesterday, and she was her usual smiley and cheery self. I understand that while you are on the clock and in uniform, that you are expected to act at a level of professionalism and represent the company, but at the end of the day, we are all human. Rather than shove a cellphone recording in someone’s face, if the individual was truly upset about something, they could have easily confronted the employees in a mature, professional manner as well, in which he did not.

What this individual has neglected to understand is that this is potentially someone’s job on the line, their livelihood and source of income. Again, I do not condone what Amber did and yes, she could have acted in a more professional manner, however, the things that these employees deal with on a daily basis cannot be easy.

Please do not let one persons rage-bait post influence your decision on impacting someone’s livelihood.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Amber was disgusting rude, and proud of it. Would not come back until she’s dealt with.

Disgusting employees harassing customers sticking the middle finger at them. Manager and employee need to be fired! Seen a video on social media.

Em

Just saw a video of a lady giving someone the finger on fb and she should be fired. Unacceptable behaviour!!!!

Well I went here cause it was my turn to buy coffee for coworkers ,
They screwed up and used sugar in the one we wanted sweetener & labeled them horribly the tea. I asked for extra large one bag and one bag out. They gave me both bags in after repeating it back to me. Then, when I brought it to their attention rather than give me another bag, they took my teabag, pulled the teabag out, but my hand them touching the rim of my cup, where I drink from another teabag at me I cup, coming back, dirty and full of tea from dripping on it, I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel lightly toasted lightly butter and cream cheese. There was so little cream cheese. It didn’t even cover it half of it got none & it was freaken burnt. This wasn’t cool. The attitudes were poor & they didn’t want to fix & i thought they weren’t supposed to take food or drinks back from customer & then take a bag out and return it. Isn’t that some sort of health Covid violations? How do they know? I didn’t drink it I could’ve opened the top and drink it and noticed it. It was already in the vehicle and the passenger. I wish we had open the bag well there because I could’ve had them fix that too. I’m including a photograph of my lightly toasted butter and plain cream cheese bagel by the way lightly toasted does not mean burnt ever.Ever

Wheelchair accessibility: You can access with a wheelchair however it’s not a very big place. It is only a drive-through and you can step in and there’s enough room for you to get in and get out. But I am able to get stroller in there when I walk there

Your staff are the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. I only go there because it's close to my house. I just had the pleasure of dealing with rude staff. I'm considering no longer supporting that location.
Oh and I get home ans they messed up a simple toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese. It's definitely plain cream cheese. 1. You staff was rude when I placed my order but then they mess up my bagel. Your customer service has gone down hill.
