Whoever was working the window/drive thru today Wednesday Nov 19th at 1:30. Shouldn’t be working in customer service.. I was putting my debit card in my wallet. As she’s rushing me with her hand in my car window yelling “YOU CAN TAKE IT NOW. HERE YOU GO. HELLOOOO?” I wish I was lying, but this was a matter of 1 minute, she seriously couldn’t wait 1 minute before putting her hand in my car window all upset? .. so at this point I’m mad. She hands me my food, almost dropping it because she refused to look at me.. I said thank you and idk what she said under her breath. But she’s lucky I didn’t park my car and go in there and give her the same energy she was giving me. She seriously should go work somewhere that doesn’t involve working with people. Anyways. Never going back to this location. I’ve already contacted head office and filled out a complaint form. Normally I don’t let this stuff bother me but she had zero reason to treat me the way she did. DO BETTER!!👏🏼

505 Main Street might be a small Timmie’s but the service and food are second to none. I love the warm local atmosphere of the staff. You can’t get that feeling anywhere else but the Hammer home of Timmie’s.

Does this look like half a cream coffee to you? Half cream ONLY! You messed up both coffees. 1/2 cream isn’t 2-3 shots of cream. PLEASE TRAIN THESE PEOPLE. WOW! You know who never messes up? Starbucks. Good luck Tim’s! Canada already can’t stand you. Your staff can’t even make a simple coffee correctly. How embarrassing

Whoever worked at 4pm on October 15th on window, needs to learn how to change the coffee after 20 minutes. It’s 4pm. I shouldn’t be served stale gross coffee. And spare me the guest service form!!! You guys do not care lol

Just went last Friday there. There was an impatient customer, the girl in the counter, Mona handled him so well. She greeted me with a smile too and very patient friendly. I had few bad experience before, but this time was good.

Someone needs to train everyone at this store, again! Why are you putting 3 donuts face down in a bag. Cause you’re busy? Give the customer what they’ve paid for. This is why Tim Hortons is slowly losing customers. Make Timmie’s great again

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for years since it’s close to my work, and I usually never had issues until this year. Lately, I’ve noticed certain staff members with attitude problems. In particular, there’s a shorter girl with a septum piercing and glasses, and another woman whose name starts with B. The first one especially tends to be rude. For example, if a customer asks for something to be left off a sandwich and she doesn’t hear it, instead of fixing the mistake she argues and says it’s not her problem. If someone dislikes their job that much, they shouldn’t take it out on customers. I’ve also noticed when certain people are on shift, the service feels sloppy and done with half the effort.

This Tim Hortons is a very small Tim Hortons I understand that I went in there one day after work I stood there in line for 35 minutes before somebody even acknowledge that there was a lineup. There was a trainee on the front counter and two other new people in the store there was a couple that was in there that was waiting I would say almost an hour for their food because the person that was making the food kept on making the food and throwing it in the garbage and they were there a good 20 minutes before I got there it's insane. I finally got to the front counter ordered 2 extra large orange pekoe tea with 3 milk 2 Sugar one tea bag..
And they made me an extra large steep tea tree milk to sugar with a tea bag inside of it on the side it's okay and she's like what do you mean the bag on the side I just charged you for a bag cuz you want I was like what the word steep tea never come out of my mouth I don't understand... i would say 60 % of the employees here are really rude . The other 40 % of the employees here are nice.

The workers here are straight disrespectful, been going there for 6 years straight and it just keeps getting worse overtime. Absolutely no customer service skills. Management should really do something about this their staff should not be treating VALUED CUSTOMERS like this unbelievable 🤣

I would give this location no stars if possible. Dirty, slow, inaccurate, rude. They can't even cut a bagel in half 🤣🤣🤣
I don't need head office to reply either, we know you just call the location and have a laugh. This operation is beyond ridiculous!

Please please PLEASE for the love of caffeine put a limit on how many ppl are in the store at one time. I get that lunch hour is busy, which makes this all the more important and I hope management actually reads this. Just spent 10 minutes waiting in line outside with 7 other people, one of which was an elderly lady with a walker while roughly 12 students were inside; most of them had no orders they were just there waiting for their friends to get theirs.
Hey kids, here’s a novel idea. Wait outside so you can let paying customers in and you can play on your phone and post pics of your iced Capp to instagram, yell as loud as you want and take all the selfies you want without screaming into someone’s ear or almost knocking someone over because you lack self awareness and have no manners. Can’t even see the display to pick a donut because 4 students are currently blocking the donut display. God forbid you ask them to step aside so you can decide if you want a Boston cream or a fritter; they either pretend they didn’t hear you or look at you like you're asking them to move furniture on a Saturday afternoon. Then you get the students who come across the street from grabbing a pizza, walk past everyone waiting outside in line to join their friends inside. Remember that old rule? No shirt no shoes no service? Same thing applies here. If you’re inside and have no intention of purchasing anything please leave and make room for those that do. The staff here are wonderful, very kind and polite and do their very best, but management needs to stop allowing this many people in at once, especially people who aren’t buying a thing.

The only thing I’ll give 5 stars on is the service. EVERYONE who works here busts
their butts, jumping back-and-forth between drive-through and counter.I appreciate each and everyone of you. Management needs to start enforcing rules, once you get your food LEAVE so others waiting who are actually making a purchase aren’t packed like sardines. This will allow more breathing and elbow room. And fear not children, your school bestie will survive a few minutes without you while they wait for their bagel and iced coffee. You’re not the only ones who have a limited amount of time for lunch.
