I got 3 activating coffes from roll up but not from this location I only got 1 coffes not 2 at my order from here and I have the active coffe one my account wish I got get my other coffee or something from my roll up

The drive through cashier served me with an expired coffee today. Even after me telling her right on the spot that the coffee is expired, she says no it fresh. Disgusting.

I walked over a mile to get to a tims to use the washroom , staff said there was only a staff washroom not for the public, I had to go so bad I could barely contain my self. They still would let me use it .They went on to ignore me! I barely made it to a garage, thank God!! I will never give my services to them again.

Tim Hortons is getting a really bad fame all over Canada, but this one is by far the worst one that I’ve been. I do understand that some customers can be very difficult, but I have nothing to do with this matter, specially when I arrive at one location to have my lunch (starting my day on my day off) and the first contact that I have is a Cashier in a very bad mood, already pissed off with something and literally roll her eyes while you order or something like that, creating a toxic and unwelcoming environment that completely destroys your day that is just started.That’s my second and last time at this location and maybe Tim H. That’s really sad.

I was there yesterday Feb 21/2024 , I had to wait outside to get in . One worker for front service , the place is so small you haven't got room to change your mind .As I waited to be served the one girl who was serving had to make coffee and change out carafes . When I was leaving there were 7 people waiting outside , it's a good thing it was a mild winter day .

the worst experience Ive EVER had at a Tim Hortons. first, ive been waiting in drive through line for over 15 mins which is ridiculous because there were only 3 cars in front of me. second, staff was very rude on the drive thru phone and kept telling me something was wrong with my order, which i understand and i said its fine and ill get an everything bagel instead of jalapeño bagel. i also ask for extra cream in my iced capp and ive made it very clear multiple times that im okay with paying extra, yet they are still yelling at me for paying it. i get to the window and the lady giving me my order demands 30 cents in cash which i dont carry and told her i can do debit. she groans at me and charges me not 30 cents but 35 cents. this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Used to come here in mornings a lot, but two of the early morning employees scared me off. The woman who works the cash creeped me out by always entering my order without even asking what I wanted first (she also told me "you look hot" once, which was just weird). The older woman with the limp once called me "that dark roast guy" even though I'm a woman, which was just humiliating.

I went in the store at 6:57on Saturday December 2nd, and was subjected to customer favoritism.They served the customer behind me who enters the store after I did.This is unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with head office.Do not visit this location! ⚠️Be Better!

Possibly the best drive thru Timmies in the city…close tie with Cannon and Sanford. Friendlier and happier bunch of people you’re not likely to meet all in the same place. Quick, personable, friendly…. What more could you want?

I hate Tim Hortons. Who is writing these reviews saying "best coffee ever"? Some shill for sure. Nice try, but everyone knows nobody actually likes Tim Hortons. It's just a convenience thing. Horrible, depressing atmosphere. Not a Canadian company, but symbolizes and embodies the bleak failures of this country better than any other.

Y’all REALLY need to put a cap on how many people are allowed inside is this for real??? You’ve got 11 people inside right now, 8 of which are students …aaaand 2 more students just walked in bringing the total number of people in store to 13. Best part is you get groups of 3 or 4 students and they won’t leave unless EVERYONE in their group has their order, leaving no breathing or elbow room for anyone else waiting to order.Not only does the quality and service go down as the staff are understandably stressed and rushed when it’s like this, but Covid is still very much a thing and aside from myself and my friend no one else was wearing a mask.No fault of the staff who are doing their best, but management needs to take note and fix this.
