Went ordered 3 drinks they messed up when I pointed the error (price was not removed) a man came on the mic trying to pull a heavy when we went up to the window he called us an idiot and attempted to throw a coffee at my vehicle

I ordered through the app to make it easier for my son (18) to pick up for us. He gets there and someone asks for the number; the order should have been ready as it's a 15-minute walk. Over 10 other people are served before he is asked again what he is waiting for; they say they don't have the receipt. He shows them the order on his phone and they make it. He walks the 15 minutes back to the house; it's wrong. Mine was supposed to have 2x the bacon; they added sausage only and the eggs had shells in them. A $7 breakfast box and I could only eat the cut-up hash brown, an hour after I ordered it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Though I’m there twice daily and waited about 10 minutes in line and have always been polite I was continuously overlook by rupinder? I simply asked if my order is going to be taken as there was approximately 5 drive through orders completed in the time I went into store (me being the only one inside) she started over explaining as to why she hasn’t helped nor even answer when her coworker yelled to back to ask about progress and that the timer on the drive thru clock was more important. Then threatened to refund me in which I accepted, asked her name and told her I would be doing so.

very unprofessional service every morning i grab steep tea lately never fresh . even you ask them they say we just brewed but it’s not . hopefully someone take this matter serious cuz we work right to them

Worst Tims I’ve ever been to in my life they don’t value their customers, service is super slow like they don’t value people’s time and don’t care /sandwiches are sloppy and their out of ice coffee 4/5 times save yourself and go else where

20 min for a coffee and wrap. Thats the next level of bad service.
I tried all the new things because that's who i am:
- meat stack: soft, warm, chewy breads embrace a stack of shreded meat and cheese, you can't go wrong!
- doughnut with the marshmallow inside: need i say more? NEED I?!?
Very nice staff, and a great quick lunch stop before getting the hell out of Hamilton and its endless one-way streets!

Staff at this location are super friendly, especially Meghan. Always gives great service.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to, the orders are always wrong, they don’t tell you when they are out of things you just get charged and then handed something wrong, most the time there is 1 person running and 6 standing in little circles but some times no one moves, what ever system they have for ordering sucks because you basically have to order again when you get there
