I usually get breakfast sandwich and coffee from here. Couple days ago I got the wrong order but only realized when I was too far to come back. Today I told the lady at drive through window about it and she shrugged it off saying if you had brought it back we could have done something about it. She didn’t even apologize. If it was not a convenient location for me, I would never return.

Edit to add: Everytime I come in before 6am for a tea the lovely ladies working in the mornings are always lovely! Especially Sherri and Wendy! They’re all smiles!

This Tims drive thru can be very busy during the week especially at lunchtime. The employees do an awesome job making the line move as fast as possible ,so for drive thru service this Tims sets the bar. They have employees that have been there a long time so there must be a reason .👍

9 people and still 10min to take an order… SLOW if you walk in Focus is ONLY on drive thru! Wanted to walk around to the window to get service!!! Good part is parking lot is huge good for Trucks! Got a double toasted bagel barley warm…sad.

Go here for my daily coffee on my way to work. For some reason the coffee always tastes a little burnt or old. The only tim Hortons with reliable coffee is on Ottawa st. Near cannon.

Ordered a Nutella donut and iced Capp. Staff (Bethany) will very rude when I had asked her to place my donut in a box so all the topping didn’t fall off so threw a fit. Management needs to do something about their staff

They now charge for a cup of water too it just sucks as a restaurant
They don't take feelings into consideration nor do the manger and general manger treat their staff with respect or kindness. Over heard one of them telling another staff member that she don't care if that staff member was dying she is finishing her shift. This tim hortons manger and general manger need to be replace right away

Have not got a correct order three days in a row. Have to repeat myself everyday as well lately. There seems to be have been a change in staff. Very bad idea. Those lady’s ran that place like a tip top clock.

The stupid Whisper
There’s a racist little girl named Casey who was very rude to me when I came in for a tea, told me to speak proper English, even though I was just have a Spanish accent, asked to speak to the manager as I found this service appalling. The manager, who belongs on my 600lb life, did nothing to rectify this and had a bigger attitude to boot! I will never come here again! I’m surprised that she hasn’t brought the place down whenever she walks! I hope that the other lovely employees are getting hazard pay, for having to work during so many earthquakes!

It's a drive-thru so it's not going to have much atmosphere except for the surrounding air. As for the food, I had an Apple fritter and it was okay so that's not a problem. And as to service the guy was just fine, so no problems and it met my expectations.
