It's a busy time Horton's. The drive thru takes forever, so I usually park and walk in. It's usually very busy when I'm there.

Terrible attitude at the speaker. We could barely hear the person taking our order, and when we told them we couldn't hear they were dismissive and rude. Why are you coping an attitude towards your customers?

I have been ordering through ubereats here almost everyday and each item no excuse an item from my ordered products is missing. I have been constantly facing this issue. Each day ther wish something that is always missing from the order which is already paid. The workers needs to see aand cross check on what they are packaging and how...... there is no way you have a receipt with products on the package and there are missing items. Pathetic service if you cant even get an order right

This is the second time that I have visited this restaurant for a habanero chicken bowl and they forgot to add the chicken to the bowl. Unfortunately I already travelled 10 minutes before I noticed it was missing. This location needs to do better. There needs to be better checks and balances for those preparing the food. Disappointed in this location.

Worst Tims location I have ever been. It was filthy and had a bad odor. There were way too many flies and wasps inside. Flies on the donuts and pastries. I just wanted a coffee, even that I couldn't get. Waited 10 minutes and no service. I left after the lady at the counter saw a regular customer and started making his coffee before taking my order. He walked in well after me.

Staff can’t even apologize for their mistakes. All teamed up on pregnant person to make them feel bad when all I asked is why they couldn’t listen and apologize for their mistakes and poor behaviour. Said I won’t let them speak when they kept over speaking me.
The male picked a fight with me and verbally threatened me.
When I asked for whom the manager is or the franchisee to contact me to speak about hevaours they swore and hung up knowing they’re wrong yet I have it recorded.
Can’t take accountability period and they should be working.
To the lady who called me honey as well and when I asked them to stop and swore at me, please be more professional with how you ah for things and ganging up on pregnant person.

The overall experience was like any other location, We had traveled for over 2 hours with a client who was excited to see the historical museum on the upper level just to find out once there it was no longer. Was disappointed and saddened that they had removed it. So based on that I would have to rate it as just another Tim Hortons

They have drive through only. I can order first into a speaker where the menus are. The young lady spoke clearly and repeat what I want. Sometimes, she will let me know how much I owe. Then I drive to the window and give the money to the lady. Then she will give me my change. Most of the staff that served me were very good. I hadn't had any issues with my order yet. Most of the time the drive through moves quickly.
