I normally go to this tim Hortons most mornings for my coffee. Usually the ladies who work thete are so nice and friendly, today however was nothing but hostility towards each other..... They were yelling back and forth while customers were in the store.( Some of them children) The line up this caused was ridiculous and it took me almost 15 minutes just to get a tea.
Maybe remind staff they shouldn't be arguing in front of customers.

I went through the drive though to get two coffees. The worker taking our order had a sour attitude and did not communicate with us once, not even a greeting at the window. Incredibly disappointing to see.

Store closes at 10pm am I correct because last I knew the sign says 10pm not 9:45pm. I guess employees don't follow tim hortons policy and serve to 10pm. Guess that's what happens when you hire young adults they probably in a rush to go party on a Saturday. They need better training!!!!!!

It's absolutely horrible. We didn't go to the drive-thru and walked in so that we can get the food faster. But the two ladies in the restaurant were prioritizing the drive thru over the walk in customers. The gentleman in front of me waited forever while the ladies were taking all the drive thru orders. At least 7 to 8 cars passed, and I was still waiting for them to place my order. What kind of restaurant is this? If you cannot prioritize walk-in customers, then I think close the walk-in and focus on drive-thru. What a waste of time!!
The franchise owner should take it seriously. Train the employees properly. This is unacceptable.

I usually go later in the evening around 9 pm m-f and the service person is always nice and makes my coffes perfect. Not sure who works that shift all the time but they are great. 👍

The lady working drive thru this morning should not be working with customers if she cannot be respectful, I was absolutely blown away by her behavior! If you don't speak good English do NOT go here !!! My dad ordered a coffee she then in a rude manner corrected the way he said large and then goes " Is that everything or not " we proceed to the window where you then can look at her and tell she is in a horrible mood takes the money hands the coffee and closes the window! Thankfully it was cash couldn't imagine asking her for a debit machine !
