It's absolutely horrible. We didn't go to the drive-thru and walked in so that we can get the food faster. But the two ladies in the restaurant were prioritizing the drive thru over the walk in customers. The gentleman in front of me waited forever while the ladies were taking all the drive thru orders. At least 7 to 8 cars passed, and I was still waiting for them to place my order. What kind of restaurant is this? If you cannot prioritize walk-in customers, then I think close the walk-in and focus on drive-thru. What a waste of time!! The franchise owner should take it seriously. Train the employees properly. This is unacceptable. Thank you

I usually go later in the evening around 9 pm m-f and the service person is always nice and makes my coffes perfect. Not sure who works that shift all the time but they are great. 👍

The lady working drive thru this morning should not be working with customers if she cannot be respectful, I was absolutely blown away by her behavior! If you don't speak good English do NOT go here !!! My dad ordered a coffee she then in a rude manner corrected the way he said large and then goes " Is that everything or not " we proceed to the window where you then can look at her and tell she is in a horrible mood takes the money hands the coffee and closes the window! Thankfully it was cash couldn't imagine asking her for a debit machine !

Drinks and food are good but the workers in the morning are very rude. This one chick seems to have no filter on her and got extremely upset at another customer for asking if anyone was serving counter and said she had been waiting for 10 minutes (which I believe cause I had been waitingfor 7 minutes) and she scoff and yelled that drive-thru takes priority so if she has a problem with it she can go elsewhere. They left immediately and I stayed to wait for my tea and the workers started talking bad about the person who left. Wouldn't recommend them

Smacking machines loudly and telling the employees to hurry up and “LETS GO!” After having a 15 second conversation with me when giving me my coffees because I see them everyday. With one car behind me at that. Not a huge line, 1 car. Will not be going to this location again or the one by Lottridge and Barton.
