My dad with an accent ordered a smile cookie & this is what we got! Manager said it must’ve fell off another cookie. Ya it must’ve fell directly in the MIDDLE & ABOVE the eyes & stuck on it, ya right. What a coincidence. Also I mentioned the icing is more fresh there than the other “eyes”. Then he said it could’ve been a nose, but it’s directly above the eyes??. Ended the conversation with “I guess you got an extra eye”. Nonchalant. Mono tone. With the climate Canada is in right now, do better. Disappointing because this is the same manager that used to be so nice when I went to HS near by years ago & would spend my lunch breaks there.

Very busy place. One of my favorites. Nothing has ever been wrong ( coffee, food). Workers are very nice to people. The reason the atmosphere is a four is i have watched on multiple occasions older staff yelling at the younger staff loud enough for me to hear it at the drive thru while standing there waiting for food; And than talking about the younger person and laughing. Another occasion I was called up to give my order and the two girls were to busy talking and I had to repeat my order. But I still love the place . Great service

Main and Queenston location. I find this location very good customer service wise. Seems cleaner than downtown locations. Staff opens the washroom doors for you with key, so nowhere near the drug use in washrooms line downtown. They have a decent selection of mugs, travel mugs and tumblers for sale. Diffinately much faster than the St Joseph's Hospital 50 Charlton location. To me, it has a feel good atmosphere.

⭐☆☆☆☆
Tim Hortons 30 Queenston Rd: Where Bacon Goes to Die (or Disappear)

Paid $6.50 for a BLT bagel on an everything bagel and got what can only be described as a bacon tragedy. Three sad, tiny fragments — maybe one strip total if you squint. I’ve seen more bacon fall off a plate by accident.

Brought it up to the manager, who told me it’s “normal.” Oh, absolutely — totally normal to charge full price and serve scraps. I guess this location runs on creative portion control and hopes customers won’t notice. Spoiler: we do.

If this is how they treat every order, then Tim Hortons should rename it the BL — because there’s no “T” in trust left here.
Save your money, your time, and your appetite. Go anywhere else that doesn’t think skimping on bacon is a business model.

Every time I go there, it is very busy. Long lines in and the drive through too. Sometimes the line up is very long, even outside the place. The good thing is that there are like twelve people working there. Even though they are so busy, they are kind and respectful.

let me begin by saying the best tims in town, however today WOW. Did my usual order with timbits with NO chocolate. Got home and there were chocolate. Went back and some jerk named Tom said well someone ate some as there are only 8 in the box? I opened the box and saw chocolate and no one touch them. Yeah he said and we will replace them ??? I asked that I could get what I ordered with no chocolate, in a new box as my friend's grand baby is highly alergic to chocolate. He huffed and said I was rude. Wonderful employee replaced them and I did ask if the box was replaced and he said oh mam yes of course......well done to him. Shame on Tom.
