I ordered a medium iced coffee with one milk, one sugar, cane sugar, and no ice through the drive-thru. When I received my order, it came with ice, so I politely asked the staff to make a new one with no ice. Instead of remaking the drink properly, they just removed the ice from the same cup and handed it back to me, leaving me with half a cup of coffee.
This was disappointing and felt like poor customer service. When a customer requests no ice, the expectation is to receive a full cup prepared correctly—not a drink with ice taken out. I hope Tim Hortons can improve on this and ensure orders are handled with more care in the future

TLDR: Be prepared to wait on Fridays!
This place is popular: Drive-through is jammed from 1pm onwards (that’s from an employee) every weekend. The back crew keep it moving well. I should’ve chosen that option this visit.
The owner asked us last week why we don’t stop by as much as before. Today it took 25+ minutes to get two drinks and a muffin on a mobile order. The flatbread pizza was ready in 5, so it was cooling in the box while we waited for the rest. Had to go back in the regular line to inquire about the rest of the order after 15 min. Had a nice chat with another customer & off-staff in the line while waiting: friendly atmosphere. I know the other crew member was working on two delivery orders & doing another crew member a favour, but maybe that’s the norm?
The pizza was lukewarm, but still tasty. The drinks were refreshing once we got them. The muffin was a muffin, our usual order. So kudos to the sandwich station crew: she beat the clock.

Ordered Decaf coffee, Hot Latte, Hash browns & loaded Scrambled Egg Box. Everything was fresh and the service was quick & on point. Felt Tims franchises started caring about customers after many years. Will make this my favourite time in the area.

If Tim Hortons coffee is Canada’s fuel, then someone forgot to put the beans in the tank. What’s served as “coffee” here tastes more like slightly warm, tinted water—utterly lacking in richness, depth, or even basic caffeine credibility. For the price they charge, you'd expect at least a whisper of bold flavor. Instead, it feels like you're paying for nostalgia and a red cup, not quality.
Come for the convenience, maybe grab a donut—but if you’re craving actual coffee, this isn’t the place to find it.
Everytime I come midday there is a huge line not enough staff PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Really shouldn’t need people connecting to reviews or corporate to get a decent service.
Every time I’m forced to place a pick up order and it’s completed faster than standing In line. How do I know this? Cause I just stepped out of line after placing an iced latte and before 2 customers were served I had my coffee. I’m a psw I’m constantly moving this is unacceptable

Hello! This is just a review for the new the Supreme stack, we ordered two of those and two red eye ice capps, the ice capps were amazing as usual! We were a little disappointed in the stack though:[ first off 10$ FOR A SANDWICH???? Secondly it was way too small for how much we paid and lastly there was somthing off about it when both me and my daughter ate some of it we weren't sure whether to hate it or like it so we ate about half of it and we decided we didnt like it. The taste was off the bun was weirdly sweet and the sauce was way too salty the bacon was nice but a little tough and the meet was rubbery

I haven’t seen a full real Canadian version of tim hortons in a very long time, i was there 2 days ago around 3 pm and i was surprised that every single one working there speaks real ENGLISH . I ordered from the drive through and i couldn’t believe what i saw from the little window so i went inside and ordered more to get a better look 🤣. This location is a bit far from my house but worth the drive. It’s just amazing to say your order only once and to get it right. Keep it up 👍🏻

I would give less then one star if possible. I broke my back a few years ago. I am not very mobile because of it. I have gone through this drive through many time in my enclosed mobility scooter. At the speaker they ask me my order, I gave it to them. I pull up to the window, to be told we can't serve you, I asked why, and the first lady was unclear as to why, then I asked for a manager to be told there wasn't one, then I requested a supervisor, to which she was standing right there and her response was cause you have to have Insurance to go through the drive through, I told her I do have insurance, she asked me to see a copy of my insurance, I asked do you ask other vehicles in drive through to see their insurance? She said cause their car's she doesn't have to see proof of insurance. I told her you can't decriminate against someone who can barely walk and can't bring scooter in the restaurant, you get decriminate me and not serve me, she responded with ill contact my manager. Then when she left to call the said manager another employee comes to the window and says we are not serving you, I said the supervisor left to call a manager, she said yeah I know and the manager said we aren't serving you and slams the window in my face, then re opens the window, and starts mouthing off some more, yelling at me to move, all while the driver in a car behind me was telling me to stay and stand up for my rights. When I told her the driver behind me doesn't want me to move, she said oh well stay there the manager is on the phone with the police. So spare all the hassle I park and ask my cousin to ask the gentle men behind me, if I give him the money for my order, if he would get it for me, its felt super hot, I have breathing issues and was in dier need of a drink, so she asked him, to which he agreed, however when he got to the window they refused to serve him, my order. So I left. And as my cousin followed behind me, some employees came out yelling at her, telling her to tell me, I am never allowed back there again and if I go and step foot on that property I'll be arrested. To all my disabled friends out there, avoid being treated this way and go to a different Tim Hortons. Where they treat you like you a human and most importantly treat you equal. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and should not be acceptable, all those employees involved should be fired. I'll be contacted the Ontario Human Rights, as well as Tim Hortons head office. If this isn't addressed fairly, I'll always send a article to the news. No one deserves to be treated this way.
