Everytime I come midday there is a huge line not enough staff PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Really shouldn’t need people connecting to reviews or corporate to get a decent service.
Every time I’m forced to place a pick up order and it’s completed faster than standing In line. How do I know this? Cause I just stepped out of line after placing an iced latte and before 2 customers were served I had my coffee. I’m a psw I’m constantly moving this is unacceptable

This place is popular: Drive-through is jammed from 1pm onwards (that’s from an employee) every weekend. The back crew keep it moving well. I should’ve chosen that option this visit.
The owner asked us last week why we don’t stop by as much as before. Today it took 25+ minutes to get two drinks and a muffin on a mobile order. The flatbread pizza was ready in 5, so it was cooling in the box while we waited for the rest....
