I visited the store today, and as soon as I walked in, a staff member looked at me and immediately assumed I was there for Uber or DoorDash. Without greeting me or asking what I needed, she told me that “deliveries are in the back.” At no point did she attempt to confirm why I was there or offer regular customer service.
Her behaviour clearly showed that she judged me based on my appearance and made an assumption about my purpose in the store. This felt like racial profiling and left me feeling disrespected and singled out. No customer should be treated this way.
This type of conduct is unprofessional and reflects a lack of proper training in customer service, communication, and bias awareness.

11600 Barton st n Hamilton Tim Horton Yesterday evening i had a to good to go for this location. i was talking to an elderly white women who seemed highly rude from her looks at me,
Anyways I showed her my phone for proof and then she rudely answered that we don't have any to good to gos, i said that its not my responsibility and said that you could give me anything, my order was from 6-8 pickup, then she said you have to wait if you want a to good to go, I proceded to wait until she came and said that its going to take a long time, and what she means by that is that you can leave
This is by far the worst experience I've ever had , not going back.
I feel sad not for the order but just in the way of she treated me.
In the end I left and I didn't pick up my order.

OMG , I’m not gonna lie this tim hortons is best in Barton area . Employees are so hard working always greet with smile and joy Especially Jyoti and yogita . However the Uber drivers they behave so rude to the employees. In the morning I saw there was an uber driver came and said bad words to one of their employees , managers should take strict actions for their employees instead of this the customer everything is awesome .

I went to this location tonight around 10:45 pm and noticed their employee Indian guy carrying the garbage bin he just put it down and ride away start making my coffee I stopped him and gently asked him to wash his hands he starts acting as he didn’t carry the garbage bins then he said ohh maybe I touched bin so he got some hand sanitizer … its disgusting how tim hires people who don’t even care about hygiene and cleanliness

Just ordered a delivery with my boyfriend, we got a xl tea, pumpkin spice icedcapp, and 2 farmers wraps. I got a sausage one.. why was there literal eggshell in the middle of it? Didnt get a photo since i took a bite then noticed. No chipotle sauce either.. and for my icedcapp? Why was there no straw included? I myself work at tim hortons and on the new build for the pumpkin spice icedcapp theres supposed to be a cinnamon powder that goes on top.. i got the syrup again, that was cancelled 2 years ago. Ive ordered from this location everyday for the past few weeks for wraps and they always come out burnt on one side and not even a sign of it grilled on the other. Sadly i cant change locations im getting my delivery from since its the closest location to my house.
