Absolutely the best Tims. Always fast and you still get exactly what you ordered. It’s clean and the staff are all great. Karen on drive thru is always courteous and professional.

I buy here almost everyday same order a small coffee and medium iced coffee. But lately they have been messing up my order. They will give me lukewarm coffee and my iced coffee is full of cream. They use to have good workers in the afternoon but now their workers don’t seem to care about food and service. Won’t come back here anymore. Even the muffins and timbits I buy, they will give me a different one. They don’t seem to understand what I want ????

Not being rude whatsoever. But my order gets screwed up often. And I went in today to order and holy it reeked like bad body oder so bad I gagged. Now I want to make sure you understand in Canada it's law to be hygienic. You'll not fix my orders that have been screwed up but atleast fix the smell. Please this isn't a third world country. It's ridiculous.

I am extremely disappointed with the repeated poor service at this location. On March 24th, I ordered a coffee without sugar and with 2 cream before my NCLEX RN exam. Instead, I was served regular coffee with unlimited sugar, which was frustrating but I let it slide.
However, this has become a pattern of careless and unprofessional service. Another day, I ordered a steep tea double-double with a chai tea bag, and they gave me a coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar, chai tea bag floating in it. Today, I ordered steep tea triple-triple with a chai tea bag, and once again, they gave me steep tea with 2 cream and maybe 1 sugar or none at all. When I asked for it to be corrected, they added 3 sugar to the same cup and returned it.
To make matters worse, the staff (I don’t know her name) made me pull over and wait for 10 minutes for a corrected order while I was already running late for work. I couldn’t take my order and had to leave. This felt intentional and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers.
This level of incompetence and disregard is unacceptable. I am incredibly upset and will not be returning. I strongly advise anyone thinking of visiting this location to be cautious expect your order to be wrong every time.
