I came in today for a tea. I usually go through drive-through., What I didn’t like is that everyone is talking in their own language behind the counter to each other. Everything was matter-of-fact and cold. Unfortunately, my tea was not made correctly either. Nov 2nd again the worst service , lm the only one at the counter and still waited to be served. After everyone finishes their conversations in their language then u will be served. I went to Tim’s again today 7 people working and there is still a line, we all can live with a little line, but please speak english in the presence of your co workers and customers.

Staff is always forgetting items purchased. Either missing muffin, pastry, always something I order is missing. Staff needs to pay attention more
The cashier asked three times to use another card for payment and said that it does not work, although these are cards from different banks!! Apple Pay does not work either. I was late for work and spent an extra 10 minutes there, and in the end she took back my entire order and I left without coffee and food, although the problem was clearly in the payment machine. Extremely touristy and unfriendly and stingy

I refuse to go to any other Timmies. Even though it’s smaller the service is better, staff are nice, and often they don’t have things but they tell you that and offer other options. Other Timmies, they just get my order wrong or it doesn’t taste right.

Shoutout to whoever makes the schedule here, it was real good thinking putting the trainee who doesn’t speak English well on the Friday breakfast rush working the register ….really building that lineup through the gas station

I hate leaving 1 star reviews but this will have to be my second one.
At the drive thru and my wife leaned over me to order a “medium pumpkin spice latte”
The person serving me informed me that muffins only came in one size. Thinking they just couldn’t hear us, my wife clarified “a latte”
The server responded me that they were voiding my order and said “good bye”.
I understand that in customer service things can happen and everyone has bad days, but this seemed unnecessary. It’s difficult to understand people in the drive thru so we were just clarifying, and instead were treated rudely and had our whole order cancelled.
Not that it matters, but I won’t be giving this location any of my money again.
