Love this Tims at Fennell & Upper Gage! Always quick service, coffee’s hot and hits the spot every time. Staff’s super chill and friendly, even during rush hours. Drive-thru moves fast, and the donuts are always fresh. One of my fave stops in the area.👌🏽☕🍩

I'm sorry to say that the service has gone down so much that I had to change my review. I'm so upset for the 2 young east India men that were denied water. they had a refillable bottle & were told to go to the bathroom. she refused to touch it. we aren't in high covid times anymore so there is no excuse. when asked for just a cup with ice, they were again denied. what is wrong with that you can't treat people with basic decency.

The only Timmys I trust!! Jessica is the best - seriously her customer service makes a world of difference especially these days when kindness isn't as common as it once was. She always greets me with her big contagious smile and makes sure that my order is perfect every single time which trust me is BEYOND appreciated! There is also another very kind older woman who normally works the cash in the mornings unfortunately I can't remember her name at the moment but she's fantastic too and clearly knows how to do her job! I see her training all the time too and she's always patient and caring with her co workers and customers:) Both her and Jess deserve raises IMO! I actually go out of my way to visit this location!! Even though Tim's is a chain this particular one has always managed to maintain its local charm - the uniqueness of the staff and atmosphere really make this the best Tims in Hamilton!

Very clean and organized location. Clean garbages, floors not sticky, ledges and tables clean. My breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and Nutella cookie were made perfectly and fresh. However the older woman serving the front counter barely acknowledged my existence just stared blankly at me when I ordered. When I said thank you when she gave me my cookie and drink she just abruptly Called the next guest not even acknowledging me even though I was appreciative of her service. The person making the food was the same, overall however a great location
