Always waiting for coffee? Staff are very busy socializing instead of tending to the customer. Very sad service

There was a fly on food. Informed order taker who told the manager. The manager casually asked another employee to remove it. Nobody did it and everyone got busy in making other orders. Good case for CFIA.

Very clean and helpful staff. Kai was very polite and friendly. She did a great job today. The store was very clean as compared to some other locations and very lively. Will definitely recommend this location. Wished they had the savoury items on display to choose from.

Order an order for pickup from this Tim Hortons location. Workers messed order, didnt realize until after i took the first few bites. Ordered a double stacked farmers wrap, which on the app states it has bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrown and cheese.....I added extra sausage and 2 sauces and extra of it, only got 1 of the sauces i orders and very little of it, i received no bacon in my wrap either. Sadly this isn't the first time this location has messed up my orders. Theyve managed to make my orders incorrectly multiple times i just never bothered making a review or complaint as I rarely eat in the store and don't feel like going back to complain, but I've had them mess up enough orders and am now complaining as they've made multiple wraps I've ordered incorrectly or gotten my coffee orders wrong aswell (occasionally burning it as my iced coffee will have a bitter taste that shouldn't be there with how I order it).
