Order an order for pickup from this Tim Hortons location. Workers messed order, didnt realize until after i took the first few bites. Ordered a double stacked farmers wrap, which on the app states it has bacon, sausage, eggs, hashbrown and cheese.....I added extra sausage and 2 sauces and extra of it, only got 1 of the sauces i orders and very little of it, i received no bacon in my wrap either. Sadly this isn't the first time this location has messed up my orders. Theyve managed to make my orders incorrectly multiple times i just never bothered making a review or complaint as I rarely eat in the store and don't feel like going back to complain, but I've had them mess up enough orders and am now complaining as they've made multiple wraps I've ordered incorrectly or gotten my coffee orders wrong aswell (occasionally burning it as my iced coffee will have a bitter taste that shouldn't be there with how I order it).

Every morning I get my coffee from this location and it is always hot and fresh. Marilyn and her coworkers are always so friendly. A lot of other locations should take note at how you are supposed to serve customers and keep them happy Recommend this location always 👍

absolutely disrespectful owner or manager walking around shouting at paying customers to not dine in. was simply setting my stuff down with my friend and he kicked us out AFTER we got food. ridiculous.

We were in the store on April 15 at 12:40pm. Placed our order and looked for a place to sit…nothing available. One table had 8-10 high school boys sitting around 2 tables with only one of them with a Tim’s order. Other tables were filled with high school students eating food from Shawarma. A manager came out and told them that they must all order something. He was ignored. He came out again and repeated himself. 2 girls got up and ordered a cookie each, which they then split with the other 6 or so kids. We eventually got a seat. Very disappointed in how this was handled. None paying people (kids) taking up all the seats, while paying customers stand around. They don’t order, they should be escorted to the door. You need a sign on the doors telling them that everyone must order something or they will be asked to leave. THEN, FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT.
