I went in this morning and the girl taking my order was so rude. I repeated my order just to make sure it was correct. And her reply was “I heard you the first time!!” in a very rude tone.

i work nearby and i came to have a small lunch and i order it from my phone thinking that i will get the order abit earlier but the staff there were talking with someone and i almost waited there more than 15 min for a wrap and coffee its the third time i was having the same problem

Crazy experience here. First cashier tried to tell me they couldn't NOT put egg on my wrap... eventually we figured that out. Then a lady handed me my wrap barley folded and not wrapped in the paper but just placed in my hands, it was so shocking it was hilarious. She said sorry... maybe she's being over worked because she had to help the cash AND be on sandwich station. Horrible food hahaha

I have switched to this Tim Hortons for my morning routine and drive into work… Pre-orders are always ready via the mobile app. I have never experienced a Tim Hortons to have it ready every single time and this one is ready without a doubt no matter how big or small my order is. I know this is a small thing but it makes for a good start to the day and keeps me on time.

Often in the mornings I stop at this location, I park and walk in, I order a coffee and sometimes food. There is a young guy who works there (Noah I believe) he either need to get a haircut, tie his hair back or wear a hair net. It's a rats nest and I don't want his unkempt hair in my food. And I don't see much use with the plastic gloves if you're going to touch you face and hair and cash machine if you're not going to change them out before doing food.
