I recently visited this place and had a really frustrating experience. I had to wait for about half an hour just to get a bagel. For something as simple as that, the wait was completely unreasonable. It seemed like they were overwhelmed, but even so, the service should have been faster. I understand busy times can cause delays, but this was excessive. Definitely not the quick, convenient snack I was hoping for. Wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry.

I really enjoyed my hot chocolate at this Tim Hortons. AMAN did a great job in serving me my drink and was very friendly. She has very good customer skills. I will go there again because AMAN served me well.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered 2 small French Vanilla coffees but received 2 regular coffees instead. When I went back to the drive-through to address the issue, the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, she became arrogant and unhelpful. We ended up paying again for the correct order, which was frustrating. Very poor service, and I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This Tim Hortons has gone down the drain. The service is awful, coffee even worse. what happened to all the lovely staff that worked there for so long ? They kept this place in tip top shape and cared for their customers. Sad to see this happen to local Tims.
I’m very satisfied with their food. It is always good and you will always enjoy dining there because the place is very clean. The staffs are friendly and great. Their food service is also very great! Overall, I really love this Tim Hortons branch. I will always come and eat here.
