I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. This is the worst service I've ever seen, I get the roasted hazelnut cold brew and it seems no one is trained how to do it, I am sick and tired of paying for a $5 drink that is never right. Store is horrible. Train your staff, this store is officially banned for me. You want quality service and your order done right, go to Upper Wentworth Timmies. They listen and are properly trained.

You go in you order food. The lady who was making it was constantly deleting the order before it was made. So it would be screwed up by the time you got it if you had any special requests Would not recommend ordering sandwiches or anything from here, coffee or a donut.You should be fine. When she remade my breakfast sandwich, she just threw it up on the counter.Didn't even tell me it was for me because she got in crap from her boss, i overheard her reason was she had to drink her water
