Horrible customer service, I got an iced cappe with candy cane syrup and the worker gave me the Iced cappe with absolutely no syrup in it and charged extra for it.I tryed paying for more after asking them and the told me it was not their problem. I feel scammed and disrespected.

I visited Tim Hortons on Monday, October 20, and experienced exceptional customer service. During my visit, the points scanner and debit machine were not working. A staff member kindly informed me about the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.
Even though I only had $3.50 in cash and needed to pay the remaining amount by debit, she told me not to worry and insisted that I could take my coffee without paying the rest. Her kindness and generosity truly stood out and made my day.
I regularly visit Tim Hortons, but this experience was truly special. I deeply appreciate her big heart and excellent customer service.

I would like to report an issue I had at your Upper Ottawa location. There is a young lady who says she is the manager. we were seven people, and one of my friend tried to pay for all of us. and there is no lineup behind us too.She told us you should write your order and a piece of paper and give it to me . She was very rude to me during my recent October 4, 2025 at 8:40 AMvisit.
I hope you can look into this matter and take appropriate action. Thank you for your attention
