I recently had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons! The service provided by Julie and Katie was exceptional. They were incredibly polite, patient, and accommodating, even when dealing with my many customizations. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile, including asking multiple times to ensure my order was perfect, truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this location and want to give a special shoutout to Julie and Katie for their outstanding service!

Probably the only Tim Hortons In Hamilton I frown when I have to visit. Here They not only almost always have a poor attitude but seem to have some kind of issue with punching in orders correctly as my orders are ALWAYS wrong (I've been here over 20 times unfortunately) and it's the only Tim's that seems to do this as often as they do. Paying cash is always awkward as well since they always keep the change unless you specifically ask for it back, crooked, I guess they know they suck so bad they don't deserve tips.
Another thing to note is these are some recent orders they have somehow managed to mess up:
vanilla iced coffee with nothing but coffee and cream
habanero wrap with soggy lettuce (not from heat but from age) probably not ordering this here again
coffee often never has sugar and is almost never mixed
sausage farmers wrap with extra sauce (it was almost sauceless)
didn't wanna leave a bad review but this Tim's is so terrible that it was hard not to want to.
note the older staff are quite polite though.

Well,it's Hortons.Too many choices on the menu,and the food is expensive. They need to go back to basics like before the big conglomerate from the USA bought Timmie out. Sraff is very courteous even though they get minimum wage.They work their š¤ off for a lousy 15 bucks an hour. Tim Horton probably wouldn't go there at all now. RIP Mr Horton.

I bought coffee and potato wedges, and ask for glass of water and they charged 20 cents for the glass of water. I have never faced like this before at any other location of Tim Hortons. This is hights of discrimination very rude behaviour from the people working there.

This is the 3rd french vanilla they have done this with from this location despite me asking nicely. I ordered another french vanilla asked nicely if she could make sure its filled to the top. Why would i order a size to get the size down especially with how much they charge now. She was really rude but said she would make sure it was done, i checked the cup and sure enough the foam was melted and recieved 2/3 of my drink. The 3rd pic was of a large a couple of weeks ago, received a medium. 2nd pic was mine and my husbands which was a Xlarge and large as u can see was much less. 1rst pic was today a medium got a small. These were all after feeling like the drink was light and seeing that they were not full right after purchase.

To pay over $5 for a large iced latte and they can't even be bothered to stir the thing. This isn't the first time. Not to mention the girl at the drive thru window I just had was miserable and rude. The morning staff here aren't bad. But these evening high-school kids need better service.
