This has to be the WORST time Hortons around. They couldn’t understand our order. Messed it up twice, gave us hot drinks as well when we asked for “iced” coffees lol.

Came into the store yesterday, around 11 I think, there was alittle person working so hard at front counter , there was a line up and she was wheezing through the oders, maybe been waiting for about 10 mins, so she was so apologetic the hole time. She made people laugh, I praise her, for doinf a very good job keep the good work up, and by the way her name is carrie, I hope to see her soon. Good job.

Was here about a few hours ago and I have to say that entire afternoon staff is amazing. Such great service and outstanding meals. My coffee was made perfectly and the coffee beans weren’t even burnt. I ordered a Supreme Stack and it was absolutely phenomenal. Just the right amount of everything. Honestly thought I was at a 5 star restaurant for a second. Extremely clean and tidy 5/5 stars and will 100% be coming again

I was at this location recently. This place is amazing, very clean and the afternoon staff here are so friendly most especially the afternoon supervisor. The service was quick and outstanding! I can rate this branch 10/10 and I will be visiting this place much more in the future.

My child went to tim hortons and got a ice cap , he accidently droped it and walked right back. They told him no he would have to buy again . But an older man also droped his and they replaced it and now he's home crying upset and not understanding why they would replace the older man's and not his ..... kinda rude .
