Pretty similar to any other Timmies, but what irks me is that they'll say open online and nobody will be there. Not even for the drive through. Really inconvenient because you never know if it's open or closed in the night hours. I frequent this location the most so I have experienced this probably dozens of times over the year. Love one younger guy worker seen for a long time now, I think he has glasses and a pony tail if I recall correctly. Always super nice and accommodating if someone I wanted is out of stock. Extra service star for him!

Almost every Tim Hortons you visit is a complete joke now, 830pm the drive thru is completely full and inside 6 people in line with 2 staff working, i am not waiting 20 minutes for a small coffee

When I arrived to pick up my order I was met with a receipt! I was told they do not carry the buffalo ranch wrap anymore. I asked why it is still on their ordering app and I was told it was head office. I then asked why they would accept an order for something they do not carry No reply I asked for a crispy chicken wrap with no Jane ado and no vela Tri The person that made my order was very kind and apologetic . Dinner was not a complete bust
This one is for Lilly, let me tell you one thing first you're in customer service business so learn how to serve customers politely because that's the only thing you should be doing and if you can't do that please quit and let someone with good customer serving skills have this job instead.. I would have never written this review but her attitude towards my wife was horrible and there was no signs of regret on her face even after I confronted her.. i still wish you the best for rest of your life because my culture doesn't tell me to disrespect people.. please learn some skills that will help you live a better life because arguing and giving people attitude wont take you anywhere in life..
