The guy at the counter was miserable but I came inside to avoid making the drive thru make an iced latte I know that can be a pain but he was so annoyed it wasn't funny. The iced latte was also so strong it could grow hair on your chest lol

I came here mostly every day I always found the same stuff very rude and today I asked for a tap water. I know it’s every branch when I ask that no one ask money for it but his behaviour every day becomes more unacceptable I don’t know why . but you should check it mostly I came at 2 PM so that guy always be there bad service thank you

Had to wait 20+ mins in the drive thru to get serviced. Have no idea absolutely why they are so slow. On telling them that i had to wait for so long. I jst get a smile. 9:18 pm. Not coming back here again. Spent more fuel than the product itself.

Pretty similar to any other Timmies, but what irks me is that they'll say open online and nobody will be there. Not even for the drive through. Really inconvenient because you never know if it's open or closed in the night hours. I frequent this location the most so I have experienced this probably dozens of times over the year. Love one younger guy worker seen for a long time now, I think he has glasses and a pony tail if I recall correctly. Always super nice and accommodating if someone I wanted is out of stock. Extra service star for him!

Almost every Tim Hortons you visit is a complete joke now, 830pm the drive thru is completely full and inside 6 people in line with 2 staff working, i am not waiting 20 minutes for a small coffee

When I arrived to pick up my order I was met with a receipt! I was told they do not carry the buffalo ranch wrap anymore. I asked why it is still on their ordering app and I was told it was head office. I then asked why they would accept an order for something they do not carry No reply I asked for a crispy chicken wrap with no Jane ado and no vela Tri The person that made my order was very kind and apologetic . Dinner was not a complete bust
