I have reserved my expectations when driving through Tim's these days. It's unfortunate that a great franchise has seen such a decline. Thay being said, this location was ok, just ok. They got my order right but I miss the old days!!

If I could give 0 stars trust me I would, yesterday I had an interaction with a worker with the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I went in to order the same thing I do everyday and she charged me an additional 3$ more than I’ve paid every single time, when I questioned her on what made the price go up she refused to answer me and demanded I give her the additional 3$ if I wanted the size I had asked for and refused to refund me. Will not be back

The team is amazing, even if the drive thru is PACKED full, they do their best to have everyone through on time. The staff and managers were ALL on the floor working like crazy to meet my expectations and made sure all of my food was exact as i ordered. Friendly staff, clean place

Inspired by Play

I was there on Oct 17 to buy gift cards for my staff. I was worried about holding up the line cause I was purchasing 15 gift cards. The employee on the front counter was really kind, patient and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She also loaded all 15 cards pretty fast, it was a nice seamless transaction!

I was in the drive-thru and had difficulty hearing the employee through the speaker — instead of showing patience or professionalism, she decided to yell at me in a very rude manner. As someone working in a customer-facing role, providing good customer service should be a basic expectation, not an afterthought.

We all have off days, but there’s never an excuse for treating a customer disrespectfully. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated — not something you expect when simply trying to grab a coffee. Tim Hortons should ensure their staff receive proper customer service training and remember that respect goes both ways.

Omg. I was standing waiting 15 minute no one looked up. Then an another person walk in they serve then right away. THE MANGER gor possed at me for calling them out. Told me to leave the store I’ve been going to this place for 20 years. Not happy with it. Manager would not leave her name to me. So now it’s time for me to call head office. Get it right Tims

The guy at the counter was miserable but I came inside to avoid making the drive thru make an iced latte I know that can be a pain but he was so annoyed it wasn't funny. The iced latte was also so strong it could grow hair on your chest lol

I came here mostly every day I always found the same stuff very rude and today I asked for a tap water. I know it’s every branch when I ask that no one ask money for it but his behaviour every day becomes more unacceptable I don’t know why .
but you should check it mostly I came at 2 PM so that guy always be there bad service thank you
