This Filipino girl or whatever her name is very rude. Every time I see her there i don't order. Hope they do something about her. Used to be my favorite location, now all my friends and me stopping going there because of her. She argues when she gets the order wrong and she makes it our fault for not telling her. And she won't fix the order. When she does she gives attitude and ruins ur day.

This has to be the worst location. They never have anything and I come to this location daily. They never have buns for sandwiches. If you’re lucky they might have a bagel or two that you can get your sandwich on.

I was told that nothing is baked after the baker leaves because they were throwing out too much food. Baker leaves at 2 pm and this location doesn’t close till like 11pm.

I’ve watched many customer turn around and go right back out the door without ordering anything since they never have anything.

This pic is from approx 5 pm one night I went there. I guess this owner doesn’t care how much money they’re loosing from lost sales. I think I will follow their lead and start buying my lunch elsewhere. At least then I might get what I want

I am a regular i come in every morning before work as i work across the street. there know me well and usually get it started as i walk in the door. but my issue is that almost every time i come in the tea is brewing and im fine to wait. but they do not wait to let the tea finish. it’s not the same as the coffee. it add more water at the end. i works for tim’s i remember the video training. it says to let it completely finish but they keep removing the pot put a cup or empty pot while taking the partially finished pot to pour my cup. it is ruined. i have spoken to the manager about it and she usually correct s it but seriously do better.

Those 2 girls at the drive through today, extremely rude & confrontational for nothing, never going there again, not worth my money. Obviously don't know their work or how to communicate.

I came here to buy a turkey bacon club sandwhich. They ran out of the long full buns and said I can do small half bun, bagel or wrap. So I ask if I can do two small half buns since it would equal the large bun. I said they can split the meats in half and stuff is okay. But then they try and charge me extra for the half bun?? Why should there be a charge or a “extra half bun” when you dont have the full long buns. If i asked for extra meats a charge would be okay but for the bun seems ridiculously cheap considering they ran out of the full bun.

Very bad service. I ordered my usual when it's warm outside - medium iced coffee with oat milk, no sugar. When I got to my next jobsite, I took a sip and instantly knew it was cow's milk. I'm allergic to dairy so I went back and had them make it properly. I asked if there was anything else they could do for my trouble and that's when Kiran told me I was a liar and that I ordered milk and not oat milk so there was nothing that could be done. She also tried to cover her name tag when I read it. Not sure if that is protocol. 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

The staff seemed more focused on their attitude than on providing service. One employee didn't give a proper quantity of the drink, and when I mentioned it, she told me that if I wanted it properly, I would have to pay more
