Yesterday evening, one of your employees (boy) is useless. I had a really bad experience at your store. I ordered a protein latte, and the employee gave me a hot one. When I said I wanted it cold, he argued that I didn’t say that but I also never said hot, thats workers duty to ask hot or cold but he just placed the order. When he changed it, he gave me an iced coffee and claimed it was the protein latte. I drink protein lattes from Tim Hortons almost every day way to my work, so I know the difference. On top of that, the refund receipt said “didn’t like coffee,” which is false. The issue was poor service and not making the correct order. Customer service is key, and that goof arguing with customers is not the way to handle mistakes. I request that the manager review this employee’s conduct and provide proper retraining or take further action. Today i faced this problem, and I wonder how many other customers have experienced the same from same location and same guy. Check cameras & take further action.

Went through drive through. We did need a moment to look at the menu before ordering. Decided to try a dinner deal for $8.99 for the first time. The menu was sort of unclear but I ordered a chicken Parmesan flatbread as the main, brookie as the side, and sprite as the drink. They didn’t tell us they didn’t have brookies till we were at the window where they offered us a cookie alternative. When we pulled up the total was $17. We tried to ask why the total was that much, and the two women working explained that the sprite wasn’t part of the deal. It took them like five minutes going over the menu details and discussing (with the drive through window open)- with the worker saying to the other worker “why isn’t the dinner deal inclusions written down? I need to check my phone but I can’t” multiple times. They were unable to clearly specify alternative options other than coffee or iced coffee. Why would coffee be part of the dinner deal? Why would I want coffee for dinner at 6 pm? There must be other alternative drink options they could have provided? They didn’t seem apologetic about their lack of knowledge. We accidentally paid $17 for the total. They didnt try to remediate the issue. We had to ask for the receipt twice, we had to remind them about the cookies. We got no napkins. Overall the staff seemed uninformed, inexperience and inconsiderate. I just wanted a value option and more information about alternative parts of the dinner deal. I understand it’s a new deal. It’s unprofessional to discuss checking your phone with the drive through window open and to offer no empathy towards me having to pay $9 more than anticipated with no other suggestions than a 6:00 pm coffee.

Terrible customer service skills and food! I went through the drive thru today with my daughter to grab a cup of tea. When I was confirming the order, the worker kept interrupting me saying stuff like “Okay I got it, yes I know..” etc and was getting aggressive over time. Mind you, I was just double checking the cream and sugar in the coffee. She just talked over me saying, “Ok ok, is that it?” Like she gave me or my daughter time to think. Then when I pulled up to the paying window, I greeted the girl politely and she said absolutely nothing until I asked her the total (mind you, you’re supposed to tell the customer). After giving cash, I was dealing with my wallet on the side and from the window she essentially threw the change at me after saying “Here.” In the most condescending tone ever. As a brown woman myself, I was not expecting an interaction this blatantly rude from another. The order was also wrong (which is what I was trying to double check in the drive thru, as she kept interrupting me). Guess you didn’t know what you said you did after all. The tea tasted like straight water. It had no sugar or cream as asked (and supposedly confirmed). Go anywhere but this location. Horrendous.

Bad service ever seen in my life. The staff is to slow every time i go there to take a cup of coffee they take more than 5 minutes to make it and every time my bus gets missed. Owner may take some actions on it.
