The worst experience in a Tims. It took me about 30 minutes to get my order, in which the most time-consuming items were probably a few farmers wrap and a farmers breakfast sandwich. The donut they gave me is totally dry, probably was left in their stock from yesterday or worse. The worst thing is they even intentionally gave me the wrong items without notifying me. When I asked the staff, she claimed that they ran out of the item I ordered, but this isn’t the proper procedure at all. After the manager or someone in a higher rank told her she can’t do that, I left with what I got from them and on the way back home found out another wrong item in my bag.

Please train your staff better. Today it was completely chaos. Customers around me had to wait for a century to get a drink from you guys, a simple sorry doesn’t fix everything.

working inside this coffee made me more become a Tim Horton's coffee lover. not because of the very affordable price they offer but the way employees follow process standards, how they maintain cleanliness and safety of the food as well as the store and its vicinity. Now I know the reason why Tim Hortons is leading the Canada Market

BRO THEY FIXED THE SQUEAKING BUT NOW THERE'S BEEPING ARE YOU SERIOUS

Previously 5 stars. Now 1 star due to abominable squeaking sound from south end of counter. I don't know what machine or contraption is malfunctioning but, if it's already scheduled to be addressed, whoever owns/manages the joint should be chained up next to it for 8 hours a day and made to listen to it. I would go as far as calling it an employee safety issue because it's incredibly distracting, when these people are already overworked, understaffed, dealing with sharp objects, hot surfaces, hot liquids, upset customers, and so on.

Also speaking of safety issues, while another customer mentions it, the men's bathroom door doesn't close all the way????? The squeaky noise is new but the door has been broken for literal years. Not sure about the women's bathroom door.

Have ordered door dash multiple times from this location and have consistently been given wrong orders or incomplete orders. I do not understand what is so difficult about completing your job properly and on time. You do not have a difficult job. Do not order or go to this location if want to have a decent meal.
