This location is probably one of the worst I have went to. We ordered our food before at-least 10 other people, and we were one of the last people being served (Our order was quite small) Additionally, my sister is highly allergic to specific ingredients in her food, and she clearly had stated that she would not like to have vegetables in her cravable and the girl taking our order clearly showed that she heard this, yet proceeded to add lettuce into the food, resulting in her not being able to eat this. This is a serious health issue, and could have easily been prevented if they were further attentive to their task.

I frequently visit this Tim Hortons and absolutely love the staff! Even during busy times, they consistently provide excellent service with a positive attitude. It’s refreshing to see familiar faces working here regularly—it speaks to their dedication and hard work. Kudos to the team for doing such a great job!

Horrible! Stale bagel, curdled cream in cold brew and ice coffee sour milk/cream… separate order cold coffee that tasted like sugar water This was even after they had to correct a mistake made twice. Hazelnut is NOT Nutella when ordering a cold brew… Never mind 10000 flies all over the food. Disgusting. Health and safety needs to go in there.
I ordered caramel iced coffee with espresso foam on top and it had a sour smell and the foam on top was forming lumps.. disappointed
