Asked for tea with milk and 2 ice cubes they put cream instead of milk and instead of 2 sugars I got 3 sugars plus ice cube were missing as my tea was really hot. I don’t know what to say I don’t think it’s really hard to make a drink it’s not first time it happened 3-4 times before as well. I don’t think I will be going to this store anymore.

They are always out of everything apparently. We ordered the loaded croissant and at first they said they don’t have scrambled eggs (it’s 10 in the morning mind you) we say that’s fine. We go to the window and they make us pay, wait five minutes then give us the loaded wrap not croissant because they also “don’t have croissants”? Why did you wait till after we paid to tell us that? Horrible service.

Not sure how to explain this, but everytime I come to this location some of them are very nice, but there is one particular lady with glasses in the window always making faces. Like if you don’t job then quit. I have been asking for a single straw, but rather she ignored and went to grab the rest of the order. Not putting this review because of a single encounter, but has happened multiple times. I think if reads this she should know and rather greet the customers with a smile. I have seen many girls who are always sweet and greet nicely, but this person should learn from them and give her another “customer service training”. Other than that you guys are sweet and thoughtful! Except for her. :)

I used to love this location , but my experience had been turned terrible due to manager kriti, she is so terrible and rude not only with customers but also with her coworkers as well. I have noticed once that she was yelling on them which is inappropriate. Management should take action on her.

I ordered a sausage scrambled loaded croissant but when I received it, there was no sausage. I also ordered 2 sausage farmers wraps and both were bacon instead. I already went home so I didn’t want to go back. But I really shouldn’t have to. It should be correct to begin with.

The manager Kriti is the rudest tims person i have ever seen, she told us not to order here again and again and they we have our office nearby and take coffee from here but kriti is making sure we don’t do any business with this tims.

Just had a ice coffee this morning from this location and found a piece of bandage floating at the bottom of my ice coffee.
And the staff was so unbothered called them 2 times and someone put me on hold and never answered the phone!

For the last 2 years I’ve had the same review up. Time for an update. Horrible service horrible food horrible everything. I’m sick of getting charged for extra stuff and that extra stuff not being on my order. That is theft. Yall have stolen at least $20 from me due to extra stuff I PAID for not being on my order. Employees are being exploited with pay and barely speak english, having no idea what people are even trying to order. Great job Tim Hortons. Very Canadian of yall. Oh wait. Yall sold out to an American corporation. And stop telling people to fill out forms and bullshit. Fire people. The owner should sell and let someone else do a better job. Clearly owner is the problem.
