Not sure how to explain this, but everytime I come to this location some of them are very nice, but there is one particular lady with glasses in the window always making faces. Like if you don’t job then quit. I have been asking for a single straw, but rather she ignored and went to grab the rest of the order. Not putting this review because of a single encounter, but has happened multiple times. I think if reads this she should know and rather greet the customers with a smile....
I visit this store every morning for a coffee run. Every time I visit this store, I’m warmly greeted by an employee, Parvati. She is a very hardworking employee who always delivers on time with perfect taste. Harpreet, what a great guy, always welcoming and offers great service!
Rajive is very efficient and mixes iced capps absolutely perfectly, even when the store is busy he is efficient and doesnt skip any steps when taking orders or grabbing food/mixing drinks. He does amazing service. Kamz frequently makes the sandwhiches and wraps and does it quickly and always puts the perfect amount of everything together. She is very friendly and quick even when busy. Overall love this tim hortons because the service is just that good.
