It was a mid experience I guess nothing impressive not really personal or not really anything to talk about.

A small “express” location. You have to go in for it, no drive thru. Go elsewhere unless you only want a coffee.
how Can You Make people pay, and then they had to serve my own coffee that should be free. Freezes coffee if I have to serve myself of 75% should be applied.

Maybe hire some Canadians that actually understand English... this is getting ridiculous. And you can tell these International students they don't have to be cheap. Tim Hortons is a multi-million dollar company and it's not their business so don't be cheap on napkins and forks and cream and milks. You should educate them on that

Just left a Hamilton after ordering Tim Hortons. Not one thing out of four was correct. Third time this month already my order has been wrong. Bye bye
