Had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. The service was very friendly and quick, and they made our Crispy Chicken Ranch wrap fresh and hot. It tasted really good and exactly how we wanted it. Really appreciate the effort and great customer service!

This is a great Tim Hortons location, don’t get me wrong, but they hardly keep their showcase stocked up, and every time I am in this Walmart Tim Hortons location, only seems to have 1 person behind the counter working and other employees are MIA? When there is a line up of 4-5+ customers waiting almost 10 minutes for a drink
I feel like this location would benefit if it had 2 people working at all times, while 1 is on a break? But that’s my opinion and review of this location.

We were visiting from the USA and stopped by this Tims after shopping at Walmart. I wanted something hot but not too sweet, and the girl named Gurleen recommended the new Brown Sugar Coffee — it was amazing! She was very sweet and also helped my kids pick great drinks. Thank you for the wonderful service.
This place used to be a favorite spot for me especially on my break time I really enjoyed to visit over there. Now it's so horrible, when it comes to customer service They switching people who works in eastgate tim hortons, the girl who works in the front She is such a attitude queen, no communication, no greeting, no reply Tonnes of attitude, Management has to train this kind of unethical and unprofessional workers, what is hospitality, I love tim hortons Not this kind of experience for customer service Hands down 👎
