I didn’t taste my coffee before leaving since I had my hands full with Walmart groceries. Big mistake the double-double tasted terrible, like it was brewed twice or with dirty filters. Staff were also sarcastic. Disappointing experience, especially on Mother’s Day afternoon.

Very bad experience came at 10:52 order for only 1 small coffee, and associate Gurleen said you need to be early and she comes from very far place and we have to be nice to speak to her.Never expected from tim and day before that lady associate assisted me very well ,but few associates spoil the reputation.

Screen on the register has been out of service for at least 2 months. When associate is asked, they say it takes hours, on hold, to talk to anyone. And they don't have the time

entry is the food and fashion doors directly on your right when you enter. small tim’s with a two tables and a couple seats. went early in the morning and they didn’t have much ready yet. good customer service though.

They gave me an iced coffee instead of the fudge brownie iced latte with almond milk I ordered, and when I asked about it, they insisted it was what I had requested. There was no brownie, and the slow-cooked bowl had no taste and was missing rice.
They were so confused between orders, and I waited almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru. They kept giving me someone else's coffee initially, and they just didn't understand what a mobile order was, even after I mentioned it ten times and showed them my phone. The order taker kept referring to my bowl as a wrap.
Bro, I paid over $15, and at the very least, I expect good service and food. If you're only in it for the money, then please quit your jobs so someone who deserves it can provide better service.

Great place had what I wanted. Drinks and donuts were nice and fresh. Very quiet in the store and was clean inside and out.

Kid-friendliness: Kid's are allowed in staff are friendly towards them. And they can sit and dine if they wanted to.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are buttons to push at the door's to open the door's both ways and a spot where you dine they can be at a table.
