The closing man was very rude. He can refuse in a friendly way but his attitude was too much and it was like he was displeased that we came at that time it was still 20 mins left in closing time.

Don't know who to ask or tell. But I order Sept 30th around 11 am and it was a mobile order.thia lil lady gave me my sandwich but it was missing a chocolate chip muffin. I asked her about she she claps back saying I don't know what muffin you want . I'm like you don't have to be stupid about it I just asked for my muffin. She tries to tell me not to come back . Like why because you can't look at the bill and I asked about it..

Definitely does not know the difference between milk and cream
What a joke this location last time the cream cheese was bad bagel no where near double toasted but come on are you joking me they had no sweetener for my beverage screw the diabetics I guess but they had lots of sugar what is wrong with this location it's a staple for any type of coffee shop you should be ashamed of yourselves who ever calls themselves the owner's lost cause!!!

Worst experience I have ever had in any tim hortons. Employees are so rude and unfriendly. I always go there because my office is nearby and they the staff know me. I went there today and I asked for 2 empty cups and I said give me 2 creamers on the side and she started charging me for creamers and I told her that tim hortons doesn’t charge for creamers ( I told her in polite way…you can check cameras) and then she got so angry and told me don’t show me your attitude and I was like I am just saying and then she started abusing me using F work and I also used it afterwards but the thing is that you know me, I am regular customer why do you think I have attitude suddenly and everybody knows tim hortons doesn’t charge for 2 Creamers. I have to take it to another level now

Evening guy has very bad attitude as if he is forced to work. This is the second time he misconducted wz me i don’t know if he is doing the same with all customers. I am not begging for free food so don’t mistreat me, he doesn’t even talk when i ask something

I have bought 2 times potato veggies and both the time veggies were too much hard almost burnt.
And also once I asked for bag, the guy gave me bag with sauces and in untouchable condition. Really disappointed

Ok….. so i too works at tims but never treated any customer like that … there were two girls working one was white she was too friendly .. another one was indian …. I am an indian too .. I gave my order earlier she said u want this …she was repeating my order n i said no it was this . OMG !!!! .. She was in such an aggressive mood and spoke to me in such aggressively like if I committed a crime . I mean no matter what everybody should be treated same. These kinds of things doesn’t look good at all . You guys are grown and mature behave like a grown up.why discrimination with people of your own countryz…….Thanks
