Went in for a hot chocolate and to use the bathroom. I noticed there was a review from months ago saying the women’s washroom was closed, but I assumed that issue would be resolved and that there would be a washroom at this location. It was still closed and what seemed to be the men’s washroom was missing a door handle. Tell me why, I read another review about an employees alarm going off and the same thing happened to me this time around. I also threw out my hot chocolate after a few sips because it didn’t taste right. Please fix your washroom situation.

Day staff is AWESOME but night shift is very slow! And they don't monitor mobile orders very well longest I waited was almost 15 min for a mobile order that was only 4 drinks . Also the bathroom is very unsafe to use for children .
Ps. The new staff CONNOR IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC 💯 LOVE HOW FAST HE IS HOW ON TOP OF THINGS HE IS AND LOVES HOW HE DOSENT PUT UP WITH ANY B.S FROM PPL KEEP UOBTHE GREAT WORL CONNOR OH AND JACKSON TOO HES AWESOME!

I was there 1 hour ago, I asked for a Nutella croissant, and this guy gave me a danish a said this is not a N croissant he told me, yes it’s I said not, he kept saying yes it is 😡 ! Til another customer point it and right away he changed it , Never said Sorry! On the way home driving I realized he gave me a plain croissant ! So disappointed TIM HORTONS !!

genuinely the worst stuff i’ve ever had. they make nothing proper, my farmers wrap was half the size it’s supposed to be and FLAT maybe y’all were having a bad day or something but damn. Multiple times i’ve placed orders here, and every single time my food and drinks haven’t been right. Hopefully this review makes the workers here realize that this is not what we want to see when ordering our food!!! not getting from here anymore.

I waited for a considerable time at the cashier and yet no staff member freed themselves to take my order. Three employees just passed by doing heaven knows what. Also, the bathrooms were cordoned off from customers.
