I asked for light ice and the cup with my drink was almost all ice. I had maybe 3 or 4 sips and it was gone. If I wanted to spend 4 dollars on ice I would have bought a bag of ice. The staff was friendly but still annoying that they didn't communicate properly.

The Canadian Old lady in the morning is super rude.She punches my order wrong and then her co worker made it wrong because of the cashier’s fault . She holds a pen in her hand and make bad faces when we order something. If she is a racist, its better she stays home. I know of atleast 23 people who are avoiding this location because of her. Please do something

This place used to be a good place. Been regular since 13 years. But now I started to avoid this location. Was there to get a coffee and it took me 40 mins to get my drink. New staff doesn't know how to treat customers I guess they are indian or south Asian which doesn't matter to me. They are so unprofessional they would leave the counter and talk to each other in there own language while we the customers wondering what's going on. One should take pride in their work even if it's a coffee shop. There were two customers ahead of me yet it took me 40 minutes to get my coffee that too missing suger.Rude, inconsiderate and idiots working there now. I love the elderly lady who works there she is good and always been polite to every customer.But these Indian or south Asians are rude and they behave like an idiots. Again, I don't care where they are from but treat your customers properly. Customers are not there for them but they are there for customers.

Just wanted orange pekoe tea with 2 creams and 3 sugar. First off, there is no sugar in the tea. Secondly, when asked for extra sugar on the side, the little lady rudely said that I should've asked it while ordering.So unprofessional. I myself work in the service industry and understand how hard it is. But it doesn't take much to be nice.Don't recommend this place. If you do go, though, don't expect even a tiny bit of respect.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair switch isn't working.

This Tim's location is probably the Best one for downtown Hamilton. They are always well stocked, and their service is always friendly and very quick! They have a Nice sitting area to enjoy indoors when the weather is yucky. Very Clean! It is air conditioned in the summer, and well heated in the winter; This is Very much appreciated. The restrooms are always clean and easily accessible. I would have given it a 5-star if this place wasn't frequently crowded; This is NOT the fault of the owners obviously. There's a lot of people who hang around both inside and outside in the evenings. Some of them are rowdy, but most of them are just fine. There's never been any violent incidents at this location that I'm aware of. I wish they would stay open a bit later too; At least until about 1am would be Nice, especially weekends.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one on a regular bun and one on a croissant, to which i paid extra for. They served me both on a regular bun and huffed when I asked it to be corrected. I decided to check my tea, and they put at least twice the sugar in it that I had ordered as well. They had 2 beverage machines out of service, they had no chili, and were completely out of regular bacon. I haven't been to this location in over 6 months and I certainly will not be back!

The restaurant was dirty and unkempt. Was given only a few napkins to clean the table. There were flies buzzing around our food.Wheelchair accessibility: Door was not working. Luckily some customers helped hold the door open.
