Very slow. No management. Everyone just focus at drive thru. The store walk in customers wait forever for the staff.
One suggestion for you, divide your teams into two, one for drive thru and one for walk in customers.

Tuesday Nov 4th, (evening) The Tim Hortons employee (female) behind the counter was dealing with a customer that was growing impatient for his food. I get that she was annoyed but she took it to the next level, which only make this gentleman more upset in return. She was intentionally seeking attention and playing the victim, very loudly, very unprofessional. Fortunately everyone around us knew she was playing the part.... I'll never go back to that location again. Employee Tip: Once a unhappy customer leaves the store please don't go on and on about it to your fellow employees who seemed not to care or just very used to that type of behavior for that employee. Specially for the rest of us who were forced to watch. So embarrassing....

We ordered 5 drinks in the drive thru and the woman serving us told us rudely that we shouldn’t have ordered in the drive thru because it was a “large order”. In addition, we could not get a simple ice latte because they were cleaning the machines, which delayed placing our order. Apparently it’s a policy, but as a Canadian who was born here that grew up with Tim Hortons, this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this policy. I would understand if we were holding up a line, but there was no line.

Well to say the least I'd complain about the English stature because they had to say what to me like 5times before I said it louder to the point of ability to hear outside and a bit stressful when I said it clear in English of what I was there for. coffee and muffin. I'm not sure but the coffee here seems good no spit. doughnuts as tasty like other Tim Hortons locations where I felt sick shortly after buying the coffee and that's all I wanted was a relaxing coffee. no bathrooms nowadays and that's a bit of a matienence report. I didnt see a mix ethnic staff enrolment so its mainly easterner ethnical inforced staff and would look good and more Canadian mixed staff of the best of communication and work ethics to make the customer service a bit more understanding and quicker line pick-up. inthe morning is the best time to pick-up a single coffee becuz short line and fresh baked good fill the air and its a simple order to prosses. Has a drive-thru window and is more busy then walk-in counters. I think we also need more men in staff as its mostly woman taking over those in-store staff.

My favourite Tim's in the city! It's on my way to work so I stop in quite frequently; they're always quick and accurate, but more than anything, incredibly friendly while working (especially considering the area/people they deal with). 100% recommend!
