We ordered two Farmer Wrap sandwiches and a little sauce. When we went to the counter, they said, “Go to a parking lot and we will bring the sandwiches.” I was in a hurry and they brought sandwiches. After I moved, I found that the sandwiches were not hot and there was too much sauce, so I had to wait to get better serviceHowever, I visited four days before this and ordered the same sandwiches and they said the grill was down. I changed the order and it was not reported that the grill was down. Today I went to talk to the manager about what happened. The employee has no manager and we cannot help you with anything, and grill has been down for a week and a half.I don't know how this branch is always busy.There is no grill.Most sandwiches have to be placed on the grill

I buy coffee and snacks every day from this location, mostly from drive-thru. Just before the serving window, there's an ugly trash unit that makes you throw up each time you pass by. It has been so for quite a while. Today, I requested the short lady manager to have it cleaned sometime, for good reasons. But she was rude and said (twice) I'll give you soap and water, go and do it yourself !! It's cold, that's why it's so ! Honestly, it has been like that ever since I first saw it.Well, that's not how you treat customer's and take their suggestions. She would not let me talk, and shut the window on me. I was just an extremely polte well-wisher. This happened at 1:30 pm. on Saturday, the 24th of Feb,2024. I know quite a few of the employees, but this manager is just too rude, loud, arrogant, and noisy everytime I see her. Such persons should not deal with customers or be managers. They create a poison environment, deliberately destroying businesses, and ruin others' happiness for no reason. In short, they dig grave's for business owners!Hope the owner proactively takes note of this incident, with a disciplinary.

Had ______ $1.90Mentioned that forgot wallet and asked can I get a medium coffee with only $1.90 she punched order in,told, "$1.92"My reply:"Is a $1.90 ok that's all I have since left in hurry and forgot wallet"Response:"I can get you a small coffee for $1.67"Placed change on counterShe counts out-Yup-- You -- Guessed -- It-$1.65?????So you will take .02¢ less for a small coffee yet you will not take $1.90 for $1.92 a medium coffee again 0.02¢ less thanSo lost and thinking might not go into that Hortons anytime soon
This was news to me dark roast 1 milk 1 sugar means (from the taste) regular brew with sugar and cream? literally should've asked for the two older workers who are more then capable to worried about her break

Absolutely delightful service! Extraordinary Baileys doughnuts that were simply sublime! And the Boston cream donuts were so scrumptious and fresh! The coffees were cappuccinos and were freshly brewed and delicious with an incredible amount of whipped cream on top. Yummy ?Parking: It’s a huge parking lot with access to both Main St and Wellington St
