The lady who wad working today at 3:00pm was really rude. She didn’t even give me my receipt and told me to stand on the side. I thought she meant the other side, so I moved there, but then she started shouting at me, saying, “Next time, stand on this side, that’s not your side!” She said it in such a rude way. And when I started eating my wrap, the hash brown inside was so hard and crunchy, like it was too old.
hit or miss, staff are either good or completely disrespectful, sometimes i get served quickly, sometimes i don't. ok experience not great though

Shoutout to the tall guy with the afro at this Tims, he’s always cool and keeps the line moving. Definitely one of the friendliest people working here.
If you don’t have something don’t just give another type of donut, give a refund or give some timbits in that same flavour of donut 😭

By far the SLOWEST service on campus. If you’re running late for class and see the line isn’t very big, don’t take the risk. What should take 10-15 mins tops takes on average 25-30 minutes to get through any sized line.
Service is generally nice, but there’s a couple sour lemons here for sure.
Unreliable and Disrespectful
This Tim Hortons at Mohawk College is the worst. We order online and show up just to be told, “We don’t have that” — even though it was available on the app. They don’t even try to fix it or offer a proper refund. Sometimes they just keep the money and act like it’s our fault.
Staff are rude, unprofessional, and don’t care. No apologies, no effort. We’re students, not free money. This place seriously needs better management and respect for customers.

I went in today at around 3PM and the worker over there a man with green coloured hair was so rude and racist towards me. I felt so disrespected. I was so sad and disappointed that they let this kind of people work there.
There is a Dance competition going on all weekend long, this weekend and the Tim Hortons is only open until 4pm and closed on the weekend. What message does this send?
I’m absolutely furious with the service I received at Tim’s. The woman working there was incredibly rude and downright disrespectful. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. Her attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be returning after this terrible experience.”

Paula was has been such an amazing and kind service lady at Tim’s, I always enjoyed seeing her smiling face every time I go in.
The employees were treating so bad. There was an Indian girl and an Indian boy.. I am pretty sure they were Indians so when i went to redeem my survey code they started gossiping in their own language and started laughing which is inappropriate . I felt bad please tell them to not repeat this behaviour.
