Well if I will not saw it I will fell a lot better so, about what I saw so today morning 17 Oct 2024 one lady on the back preparing sandwiches had worn plastic transparent gloves and with that gloves she scrathed her head and then second after she touched the bagels and was preparing the egg bagel. Is this okay like that? For me, it's unacceptable behavior... Simply.

10 minute wait I, wish service was quicker to get a simple coffee. When the DM was here leading by example on cash on Thursday, it was all hands on deck and every cashier taking orders. When the manager is working all hands on deck too. I, know i should get the App, I work 5 days in the mall and I need a coffee at lunch time with having to sometimes wait in line 10 deep and maybe 2 registers operating.
Friday, a different story altogether, cashiers wandering around barely with two registers open and or doing housekeeping. 10 people in.line waiting.
Maybe the DM and manager one day sit and observe what goes on.when you are not there it will be an eye opener.
I, work in retail too but this poor service needs to be looked at and corrected by the company/franchisee.

I come to this Tim Hortons every day (multiple times a day at that lol) and I without fail always get greeted with the best attitude and the fastest service! Shoutout to Amber, Jen, Holly, Utsav and Emily!

The service at Tim Hortons is getting slower and slower at many locations?, especially miscommunication when placing orders and cleanliness. We also have had several wrong orders through the drive through.

Just picked up my cold/old breakfast sandwich for lunch.
Placed my order on app & within 5 min was at counter. The hashbrown tasted like it had sat all am or was reheated like stale fries and I tried rhe bacon egg on a croissant. It was all freezing cold. The cheese was not even melted. The syrup was like a blob. I threw most in the trash.

The only good part was the Timbits
Staff are unfriendly and I've seen the am lady roll her eyes at customers.
I am a manager of a store in the mall so I can completely relate to CS and this location needs drastic improvement overall.
I will go to a different location going forward
