Never, ever do they get an order correct. Food itself is okay but staff leaves a lot to be desired. Slow as usual. 5 people at drive thru chatting, one on cash at counter

This is the local Mosque that also serves Coffee and Donuts, slow service and multiple cleanliness and customer service issues but it's the only brand name Coffee Mosque around.

Worst ever drive thru experience, never came here earlier , didn’t meant to say but the old lady on the drive thru handing over the product is rude , she didn’t even gave me chance to speak , just handed over the iced late and then shut the window as if she was in hurry . I respect everyone service , but please if someone pays for order respect it .

I order Mobile order 10 times a week at this store, always make I send it in a minimum of 10 minutes before I arrive at 4:10pm in the afternoon and 7:05 am in the morning and every time I have to wait for staff to acknowledge I am at the mobile pickup counter or after 5 minutes waiting, someone will walk over and say are you here for a mobile and I to politely state that's why I am standing at mobile pickup and then oh quickly make it. Like staff needs to follow TDL training and do their roles properly and before anyone wants to tell me I don't know the policies or practices. I spent over 5 year's in TDL as a baker/customer service and have watched every training program as my wife is now in her 38th year working at a TDL location. Please either retrain staff or hire some better employees.

I’ve been a customer for awhile and experienced the same every nights abs some times in the day I’ve addressed the issue to the drive through service about the rats outside especially if trying to throw garage in the bin sometimes big rats jump out of it, so many rats. For health and safety concerns I’ve mentioned many times but NO change hope Tim Hortons could act upon this.

Ordered two Scrambled egg/sausage bowls and 2 coffees, actually i ordered wraps and in middle of order changed my mind. No problem adjusted and was ready in moments, hot and delicious. Very pleasant too

I like this location but their staff always mess up my iced coffee. I can wash my face with it that’s how much it is watered down even after many requests to make correct order i have to throw it away in the end. Please train them how to make iced coffee
