They r mostly out of the good drinks no caramal macchiato or thr french vanila such a disappointment. Their service is getting worse day by day. This used to be the one of the good locations bt i guess not anymore. Seems like management is not focusing anymore on the quality.

The girl that served me was rude. No please thank you hello nothing. Shuffled her feet everywhere she went. Restaurant was definitely not very clean . And she walked right by me and deposited my order on a counter 5 ft away. Definitely won't be going back.

Every time I go there, my order is WRONG! This evening, I drove thru and again, WRONG! I'm all about second and third chances, but I pay for my coffee and just want to enjoy it when I get it. Not to mention, some folks use certain things like sweetener or ot milk for health issues....I ordered sweetener and got sugar.....very disappointing.

This morning when we were ordering the one who was working at drive thru around 10:30 am was yelling through the speakers, we were just trying to get our order and we experienced such a terrible customer service. And it happened twice this week.

Went and ordered lg chili and a coffee. There was only 1 butter with it and it was on top of the chili so when I opened it it just spilled on my desk. Normally I wouldn't think this was worthy of posting but I called to say something about it and I got the impression I was wasting the person who answered time.

If I could give a 0 stars I would, normally morning rush is fine but evening needs to do better.I got a turkey club and they had no buns left so I got it on a bagel and the bagel is so stale it almost chipped my tooth!! Also got potato wedges with it and a chicken wrap everything was NOT EDIBLE. The chicken wrap had one chicken strip with so much mayo it was dripping out and the potatoes wedges are BURNT. There no potato in the wedge.I need a full refund this is crazy.

Very disappointed. There was only 1 employee 1st I went inside and there was 2 customers in front of me but after waiting 10 minutes in the line she didn't took the order any of us I left and went to the drive thru there was several cars in front of me finally I place the order and after waiting so long I reached to the window and she said I'm sorry we don't have icedCap it was such a waste of time.

Went through Tim Hortons drive-through. The lady that took my order only need me a steep tea with nothing in it cut me off when I was adding my items inside note sugar/milk got to the window employee said you got steep tea I said yes and asked question what did you guys put in my CT the employee came back said nothing just a tea so when the person taking orders cut me off, nothing was put in my order never go back there on a Sunday employees. Do not care Monday to Friday. Staff always gets my order correct and Reese your order back to you before you come up to window
