Love the staff there always so happy. The lovely girl that takes orders in the morning always know are order and is so happy

Came in here while I stopped to get gas. Drive thru was empty, nobody else in line. I had to stand there for 6 minutes calling to the people talking in the back asking if anyone was there. Finally someone left the conversation and served me. Never coming here again, terrible service.

The most disgraceful Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. Stood at the counter for EIGHT MINUTES with no service at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. The one employee there was only focusing on the drive through and refused to acknowledge me even when I politely tried to get his attention after a few minutes. There was no one else in line except for myself and only ONE car in the drive through (as seen in the security camera that is visible from the counter).
Completely ignored me, as if intentionally like he was in a bad mood, and I never got the chance to order or even talk to him before leaving after 8 minutes. I left because he showed no sign of ever coming to the counter. Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful

I was rudely told by whoever was making drinks after paying they wouldn’t make me a chai latte without the concentrate because “that’s not how they do it” (I didn’t want sugar in it) they did refund me, but I went to the Tim’s across the street and they gave me exactly what I asked for politely. Seems like she just didn’t want to make my drink

I came to this location to get an iced capp with Vanilla syrup in it.
Any other time I come to this location I have a good experience - super friendly, adequate time and service but today I went and got an iced capp there and it wasn't to my satisfaction.
I work at tim hortons and I know what the iced capp is supposed to look like so when I got the iced capp i didn't notice that it was filled to the 4th line instead of the 5th line and didn't taste like vanilla at all and mainly tasted like cream more then anything.
Im disappointed in my service.

Me: can I have a large steeped tea, half milk, two sugar
Tim’s: large coffee….
Me: (interrupting) - No. Large steeped tea
Tim’s: large coffee double double
Me: NO. LARGE STEEPED TEA. HALF MILK, TWO SUGAR
Tim’s: my bad. Large steeped tea, double milk
Me: ffs (long form). (Speaking very slowly and enunciating ever so clearly). Large steeped tea, half milk, 2 sugar
Tim’s: I’m so sorry. Puts it on the screen correctly.
Me: I’d also like a large coffee double double (was getting for my niece)
Tim’s: puts it on my screen properly
Get to my client. Open my tea. Guess what I got? Take a wild guess. My niece got her coffee correctly.

Quality issue is asked to chai tea they don’t have and extra sugar . She said she is giving regular tea with tea bag i said ok, although i pay extra for sugar, there is no sugar in tea no tea bag. Worst experience
So first you serve me bread hard as a rock, then you give me bread that’s less hard. When did Tim Hortons decide stale bread was good enough to sell?

I can see why this place has mostly bad reviews. I called ahead to see if they still had chilli and I was told they did. When I get to the drive through I’m told they don’t have it and I didn’t call them??? Don’t go here

I’ve noticed the staff here seems to have changed recently, and I actually had a pretty good experience this time. Service was quick, my order was right, and everyone was friendly. It felt a lot more positive than past visits, so hopefully they keep it up.

Waited over 10 mins at counter while the whole staff served the drive through. There was a line of 4 of us and the employees saw us and didn’t say a thing, just kept serving the drive through.
