I had a wonderful experience thanks to Gurleen and Satvir . They greeted me with a warm smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was exactly right. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Even though the store was busy, they remained calm, efficient, and kind to every customer.

I was waiting for my croissant and one of the workers put on gloves , grabbed my croissant, stuck her finger in her ear with the gloves on as she walked with it in the other hand and was digging in her ear, and continued to make my croissant with the same gloves. I was trying to get someone’s attention but no one was paying any attention and it was busy so I tossed out my food. most disgusting thing i’ve ever seen.

Eastgate Square 75 Centennial Parkway North and I ordered a single espresso shot with milk on the side and ice. I have been ordering this drink ever since I worked with tim hortons before and to wherever branch I get my coffee. This specific branch has a very rude m, unfriendly and unaccomodating employees of all time! I work in Eastgate square and gets my coffee almost every day. I've been patient and understanding how busy and tired they are, they get my order wrong I'm okay, comes back and tell them. But this time is different, they told me that the MANAGER told them my order should be charge as latte instead of single espresso? How is that possible? The lady named Gurleen acts like she owns the place and said that they were informed by manager which I find very suspicious because manager don't take my order? Second, why would they question a customers order rather than following it? I am paying based on what I'm getting and I don't think they have the right to charge me more than what my order says. I've been quite and understanding as I've worked with the company before and working as a customer service is not easy but this is out of hand. Gurleen is saying she knows me and yet treat me like a garbage not a customer. They act like they own the place with no empathy and not even customer service skill.

I tried to talk to the crew nicely but they're my point and not even answering properly just pointing fingers to their manager.

It cost Zero dollars to be nice!!

Manager is having terrible behaviour, i was on drive through she gave me old coffee and talk in a terrible way .
Customer was not coming over there to see someone’s attitude.

Old potatoes wedges warmed up in the microwave with freezer burn! Staff rude & hard to understand with heavy accents. Napkins are not visible & when I asked I was handed 2 folded napkins. Clearly I needed at least 6 napkins or more for my purchase. Food court dirty & tables are you close together. Never coming back!!!

Tim Hortons is always my go-to spot for coffee and snacks. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the place is clean and comfortable. I love their fresh donuts, iced cappuccino, and breakfast wraps. It’s a perfect place to grab a quick bite or relax with friends. Highly recommended for quality, consistency, and Canadian vibes!

The hours on Google are no accurate. For Friday the hours day they close at 5, I went in and was told the hours are till 8pm. If yous re open till 8pm why does the hours on Google say 5pm?? Is it not someone's job at tim.hortons head office to review this and ensure it's accurate?? When will this be fixed???

Several weeks ago I pre ordered on the app. Went in got my order and left. I double checked to make sure it was my order by matching the number to my order on my phone. I left then had to go back in as the sandwich was wrong. I ordered a bacon and egg but paid to change it to a bagel. I ended up with lettuce and tomato on it. When I went back the employee argued with me that mine was not a BLT. I said do you know what BLT means? I ordered a bacon and egg not one with lettuce and tomato. I was so mad. I reported it to head office. Was told the manager would reach out. No one has. I took out the app and refuse to go to a Tim’s ever again.

I had an exceptional experience at this Tim Hortons establishment. The premises were immaculate, the service was prompt, and the coffee was exceptionally well-prepared. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Gurleen, who demonstrated exceptional friendliness, patience, and ensured that my order was meticulously executed. It is these small gestures that make a significant impact. I will undoubtedly return to this establishment in the future.

The young Indian woman, I don’t know the name, she was very rude, I asked for 20 packs of Timbits she didn’t ask for size and at the end they gave me totally different sizes and flavors. When I asked why is that? She was very rude and she was saying some mean words slowly so that I cannot hear. But I don’t recommend this location for anyone as the stuff are unknowledgeable and impolite.

We ordered two veggie wraps, but the wraps didn’t contain the enough content inside it. Wasn’t worth the money. Although With one Tim wrap one at some other places one can satisfy their appetite.
