Slowest Tim Hortons in the city of Hamilton. Super busy spot, the staff here need some more help for the amount of traffic coming through here. Ridiculously long and unacceptable waiting times and it’s not the working staff’s fault!!!

Around 1pm, the mature lady who works at the counter , she is completely unprofessional, attitude and arrogant lame worker,
The reason why I spend my money every single day at Tim Hortons is, I love timmies and I support till the end,
She act like she giving everyone a free food,
Lady keep in mind, the money we spend as a customer that's your salary is coming from, and you have a job too,
Management has to train especially this kind employees, how to behave and approach with the valuable customers,
There are so many people out there looking for opportunities, hire this kind of professional candidate to keep your business on site,
Lady(the order taker) please learn some etiquette toward your customers,
Otherwise learn from your coworker
MARWAH she is the only one person always friendly and very professional to everyone in this Eastgate location.

I usually go there for coffee in my break in the evening. There are two workers Justin & Adin very hardworking lads. Always quick and efficient. All other staff members are helpful as well but i usually interact with these two.

I have always found the service to be outstanding. the lines are always long, but they go pick and the ladies are always friendly and welcoming.

This locations has AWFUL service. The staff are trying their best, but there are never enough employees working. This is my stop for a coffee before going to work on an afternoon shift, and it's rare to wait for less than ten minutes in line before being able to place an order. Someone needs to shake up the management to get enough staff working so customers can actually be served.

The store was being inspected and the person who was reviewing the store wad slowing them down I waith more then 15 minutes to order one drink. The mobile orders received priority over any one else. The staff looked frustrated and overwhelmed by the simple task of taking the next order there was no maker to help the cashier. None of the employees looked happy to be there like they had just gotten in trouble. I think if you buy from this store you should be prepared to wait 20 minutes start to finish or the better option is mobile order ar least you matter then and will get service in a reasonable amount of time. 5

The staff here are rude and confrontational. I made an order and they completely got it wrong but instead of fixing their problem they accused me of being wrong. I will never return to this location because of the ignorance of a certain female staff member.

This Tim Hortons posts on their website- "Top quality, value and great service"- this must be a joke. First of all, I was the only one standing there waiting for one of 3 people to call me up and serve me. They pretended that they didn't see me. Then, both of the coffees I ordered were nothing but white, milky water. Unfortunately I did not noticed until I got home. This is not the first time this happened - they just serve whatever they want. Not to mention that the cup is always only 3/4 full. Shame on your bad service. Learn to listen to customer orders, that's what you are paid to!! One cream means ONE and not double or triple!
